We have a little peace of heaven here in the Shenandoah Valley! We’re just minutes from Interstate 66 & 81. We are also offering many amenities such as cold water for you and your dog! A dog pool, plenty of chairs located sporadically in the shade and one in the middle with an umbrella for shade! We have even put a hammock out there if you want to relax while your dog gets his/her energy out! We have also provided toys, costumes for dress up, light treats and we have a water source for cleaning off the paws as well as towels to dry your pooch before getting back in the car! The private dog park is 100% fenced in and while you’re here our dogs will be in the house so they are not a distraction. All you need to bring is your dog and yourself and you’re sure to have a great time! The proceeds from this Sniffspot will go to our Nonprofit Animal Rescue, Maci Blue Animal Rescue! PLEASE NOTE: Our Spot does not have good lighting. We will be changing our hours once the time changes, but in the meantime be aware of when the sun sets before you make an evening appointment. I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

*The new deck is done! We still have some nice new furniture planned (including a fire pit for the winter), so please be patient with the rinky dink stuff we have right now 😁. The general plan is to have our sniffspot guests use the lower deck (to be closer to their dogs), but if your dogs happens to run up to the upper deck, no big deal!* We have somewhere between a third to a half acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include two different size jumps, a balance beam, a slide, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a little patio table if you'd like to sit down, a hammock, and a trampoline. With the slide, not every dog can manage to get up it, so please just use your judgment and be safe 😁.

Enjoy a special space for your dog(s) to exercise and play on most Saturdays and Sunday afternoons in their own private outdoor yard on just under half acre surrounded by an 8’ tall vinyl privacy fence. Indoor space as large as 700 square feet is sometimes available on a very limited basis.

We have 3 fenced in areas ranging in size along with basic agility equipment and short trails. There is a total of 10 acres that include fenced in areas and trails! We are a training facility that specializes in patrol, protection and odor detection dogs. We also offer basic obedience and behavior modification.

Complete freedom to roam on 30 acres with a bonus that our land is surrounded by another 200+ acres of electric company owned land with no roads, no cars, no neighbors… just grass and forest. We have a Google Earth picture roughly showing the property lines and the driveway for you to use while exploring. We ask that you please stay out of the treeline to the right of the driveway as you drive up the hill It's the neighbor's property and it's marked by no trespassing signs. There is no house on the property. Just a camper and a shed. Park anywhere on the road or at the big circle at the top (near the farm office.) We have wifi near the brown shed at the top of the road. Wifi: HSH Password: HardStruggleHomestead Be forewarned that our land is on the side of a mountain so the walk up the driveway will be on a slow incline. Your dogs will be tired after this trip, we promise. As of April 1st there are no animals or livestock on site except for a few bee hives on the property. Most often, the owner is not on site but may do some maintenance time to time. If you see him, he will wave hello… Rest assured he will not approach your dogs unless you approach him. We understand reactive dogs.

This looks like a house but we use it as a warehouse for our fixtures business. We sometimes meet clients there but nobody lives in the house so most of the time it is completely unused. The backyard area is AMAZING for dogs. with plenty of space to sniff and explore. The front yard can also be used no problem. =)
