Self-service hose with sprayer, sprinkler to run in, and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.

I have a large, fully fenced backyard with plenty of room for zoomies, fetch & getting out excess energy. I also have dogs who can join in the playtime if desired. Or, they will happily lounge inside in the Air Conditioning… That is completely up to you & your pooch! We are an extremely dog friendly house and will do whatever we can to give your pup a fun and comfortable time. We also work from home so our calendar is pretty flexible!

A few things have been rearranged and the play set is currently out of order, but other than that, you still have great shade all day and plenty of space for your baby(ies) to run and explore. Dig in the pool to release for tons of excitement and to release some energy. We offer a few extras such as lemonade and a grill to add to the vibe. Either way, there is something for your dog to do. We also have plenty of shade and seating for you. The hammock is available upon request. We have amazing shade all day. Early mornings are beautiful and the evenings are quiet. Hope my spot gives your doggo plenty to sniff 😊 Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road. We keep our yard natural and let it grow wild. Our beagle LOVES sniffing all over. There's lizards all over so your dog will gets lots of opportunity to "hunt". I also have a covered porch you're welcome to use with an outlet. I have a fan as well to keep cool. You're more than welcome to come check your emails while your dog gets his smells in! We're very accommodating and look forward to letting your dog hang out!

Have an awesome 300 yr old oak target in yard. Throwing tennis balls at target will be a great way to challenge your pups playful spirit.

Welcome to Hot Diggity! We are located conveniently right off of i-75 exit 182. Our home is on the corner lot, completely fenced in with a separately fenced-in doggy play area. This 0.5 acre land is largely shaded by oak trees so your pups are not baking in the sun. We are in the woodsy area of North Port, and have a pest company routinely spray for ticks & fleas.
