12.5 acres. No fence. Good for dog swimming or running free if they are off leash trained! There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. This 1.25 acre yard is a canine amusement park! The yard is completely fenced in with a wooded edge that truly gives an exploration essence. All dogs welcome, but this yard best suits medium, large, and extra large breeds.

Enjoy a fully fenced in yard with your doggos with lots of room to hit full speed! At the front of the property, fences are about 3 foot high with the others reaching 4-6 feet. We purchased the house with a large property for our senior dog and our future ones. Unfortunately, we lost him a few months ago and would like to open it up for others to enjoy! We currently have no dogs.
