This is my own house and I bought it for the yard in hoping I’d have a dog someday, but with how busy I’m working, I decided to have cats instead. My backyard is fully fenced and I haven’t done anything special to it yet where I wouldn’t mind a dog running around enjoying itself if they have no spots nearby to run around freely at. You can use the garage for the outlets to plug anything in, and help yourself to any chairs.

Peaceful 1/2 acre Fenced in, 1/2 acre training/agility area, woods and fields surrounding with trails for on leash walking, trainer on site.

Fresh dog bowls and water will be provided for each dog, many trees with shaded areas for seating (currently seats 3 can assist in more chairs upon request), child play area with trampoline, slide, swings and such (please do not allow any children over the age of 12 on set and please keep toys provided for the next to enjoy) (trampoline is weighted for 180lbs), garden extras will have a basket if available, sanitizer and poop bags are available upon request. We are about 6-8 mins of 57 north or south of us so no need to feel as though you need to back track on your journey. We are surrounded by field but we are not a fenced. We keep the grass fairly short and I am constantly monitoring and landscaping our yard so i ensure there is nothing dangerous for any of our dogs. Please refrain from allowing the dogs in the garden during growing seasons (nothing dangerous just want to provide healthy food for our and other families).

Feel free to use our large parking area and our 1/4 acre yard we also have table chairs and a fire pit there is a dumpster available if you need to empty out any trash from your journey you can also dispose of your pet waste there. Also if we are home you can feel free to ask about the restroom if it's an emergency. The pictures are previous to my son cleaning up the yard more. It is a quiet area. Smoke friendly :-). Wi-Fi is also available and doordash will deliver.

Dog run is not currently available for use at this time, as that is my puppy's personal space. Small table and chairs are provided, as well as a pet waste receptacle to throw your bags away. Hi! Our .25 acre corner lot is PURRFECT for your furry friends! The yard is just big enough for you and your pup(s) to play fetch, run or even to just hang out and chill. Unfortunately, we are NOT PERMITTING access to the pool at this time, however we DO have a pretty cool sprinkler we can set up per request! We have a 6 ft privacy fence for your pups to run around in without having to worry. There is also seating for the parents to just relax if needed! Please be careful of our flowers and the mulch as most pups love to put those things in their mouths for whatever reason. Ha! It is VERY IMPORTANT you stay only during your allotted time slot because we do have two doods that are not very friendly with other dogs. We just please ask that you be respectful and leave the place how you found it. 🤗 IF YOUR DOG(s) ARE/IS SICK PLEASE USE YOUR BEST JUDGMENT AS WE DO HAVE PUPS OURSELVES AND THIS IS THEIR HOME AND YARD. 🐶 Most importantly have fun and enjoy the space! -Rachael
