Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed near the trampoline. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. The way to operate the water pump is to pull the lever up and all the way back and wait a few seconds and the water will come out the hose. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used up please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. We also have a family dog that might be visible occasionally in our own private yard, far away and totally separate from the Sniffspot. If your pet is very sensitive and can’t deal with even the site of and or hearing another animal, unfortunately this is not the spot for you. Finally, we are a community of pet lovers and we all pull together and support each other positively . If you have any issues at all, please reach out to me and I will make it right . We have received 1 out of 100 less than stellar review left simply because our family dog was let out in our front yard totally separate from the Sniffspot for five minutes and I just don’t want there to be any other negative experiences. First but not last visit! We had an absolutely peaceful, calm and serene visit. My two very large, senior rescue dogs had a fantastic time sniffing all around this beautiful property. Since moving from a house into an apartment, my dogs miss being free off leash. This was the perfect solution and I am so glad I chose this location. The space is huge and very secure by fence. There is a very slight slope and openness that makes it perfect for a dog of any age, including my seniors. Young, high energy dogs would LOVE this space! Everything is well marked and easy to follow to get into the yard. The space is clean and free of doggy waste and I loved the fresh, cold well water pump with bowls provided. Some areas are shaded which my shepherd liked and there is even a shady area to sit, with chairs and a table. Excellent experience in a private setting- can't wait to go back, we are going to make this a regular thing.

This was my first visit to a Sniffspot and my dog and I had a great time. My dog ran almost the entire hour - chasing a rabbit and exploring everything. She was bushed at the end. We went into the back field which was so interestibg to her - it’s not fully fenced but if your dog has good recall this shouldn’t be a problem. The area was very clean. Toys and water are available as well as a covered seating area for humans. I highly recommend it. Gorgeous drive to the property.

Our German Shepherd puppy had so much fun in this open space. He was tired out within 15 minutes! There is a well with cold water - which was helpful because we ran out of the water we brought. There was enough shade along the fence line for the pup to get out of the sun & a couple chairs for us humans to sit too!

The main area is secure and a good size to run around and play fetch. Part of the barn is available for shelter if needed and there are also some chairs available. The secondary area (noted as unfenced) is mostly enclosed, although there would be ways for a dog to escape if they were so minded. That area has a grove of trees to wander around in. My dog didn't notice them, but I saw some deer watching us from the far end of the secondary area; they were gone by the time we entered that area. Overall a good experience despite some incoming bad weather.

Acres of fun was incredible! Not only did my dog adore running around off leash and sniffing everything she possibly could but just sitting there watching the sunset with my husband was A very relaxing time for us as well. We can’t wait to visit again!

My dogs had such a wonderful time-the yard was just perfect! There was water and toys available and some chairs to relax in. It was the happiest hour my dogs have ever had! I highly recommend this location and I know my pups and I will be back!

No. Facility rentals are for private play time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the area during visits, so this is perfect for a private adventure for you and your doggie friends, and perhaps a human friend. Hosts understand that many guests have dogs in training and are nervous owners. So when you book a Sniffspot dog field you have the entire private spot to yourself. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between time slots so you will not run into other guest dogs or a previous person when coming or leaving in the field parking area.
