Honored to be the first visitor. Monica's spot is huge with plenty of room to run. She was very open to getting suggestions on improving the dog play area so I think she'll be a top host here in no time. The play area has adequate fencing and the cattle is far away in another fenced area. I came out to get some water retrieves and my dog enjoyed getting in the pond.

Omg! This spot is absolutely beautiful! We drove an hour and fifteen minutes to get there and it was worth it! The boys ran through the field, played in the bluebonnets, and splashed in the pond. One dog was rolling around in the flowers with all four legs in the air. Monica and her husband are delightful. This is an awesome place to bring your pups!

Such a beautiful place and plenty of room to run and explore. There is a small pond, but it is dried up right now. The fence was secure, and the horses and goats are far enough away that they are not a distraction. I could not even see them from most of the yard. My pups had a great time, and we will for sure be back!

First time using Sniffspot and I couldn’t think of a more perfect sniffspot for my reactive dog! Owner was very descriptive of how to get to her yard and how to find it. Perfect for all zoomies and spots to dig and fetch! Very spacious! Bug repellent was available which we needed to apply 5mins into our visit which was amazing for us! Will return again!

Great big back yard, my dogs loved it! They do have a small neighbor dog just a heads up. But other than that it was clean and exactly how they said it would be😊 definitely one of our favs!
