Additionally our creek is not shared with any public access. The strip of land across the creek which is mainly covered in overgrowth of blackberries and trees is privately owned and fully fenced. No public access is granted there. Additionally during rattlesnake season it is always good to be aware of your surroundings no matter where you go, however we have not encountered any snakes on our property to this date. The entire property is 10 acres that has a quiet, country feel- limited road noise, a few neighbors and plenty of privacy. The dog play area is a 70’x120’ sand arena that is 5’ tall and fully fenced in. There is a basket of assorted dog toys for you to use as well and a water trough for your doggy friends to jump in.

We have chairs, fire pit, smoking area, water hose, allow digging, enjoy any fruit on the trees when in season, swings and kid stuff to play on/with for young children or yourself. We have a fairly flat, grassy area. We have a pooper scooper available. Picnic tables and seating available. Wildlife in the area—deer, turkey, squirrels, etc.

The property is monitored by 24 hour surveillance cameras and a security monitoring and alarm system. We offer great amenities as extra add-on’s for not just your furry friends, but also their owners such as: Water & Snacks, Access to our Game room with Smart TV & relaxing sofa, wood stove, personal refrigerator for your use, a private restroom w/ Sauna, high speed WIFI & Propane Fire pit sitting area with Adirondack chairs. We plan to expand & offer a swing set/play area for children & picnic table with hammock soon. For our Furry Friends, we offer a bed, leashes, dog food & water bowls, dedicated dog waste station with stocked bags & water hose. Fully fenced fairly flat with rolling hills for walking and running. Space has a few large open areas amongst forested areas with tall pine trees. Perfect for dogs that love to swim, run, play fetch and more. Terrain is mostly dirt with grassy patches and gravel roads. Therefore when it’s rainy please be mindful that it will be a bit muddy in spots. Space also has two ponds with easy accesible beaches for dogs to walk in and swim in. There is plenty of space to bring chairs and relax. We have a dog water bowl near the house that can be taken to any area needed on the property if the house is too far. Please note, we also have two dogs ourselves that are friendly but we will have them indoors whenever a guest books the spot, so you’re pups will have the place to roam by themselves. We also have cats that roam outside during the day so let us know if your dog isn’t good with cats and we can also ensure they are indoors. We work remotely so are typically home and free to help whenever needed.

We own 20 acres and have the lower front pasture portion available for clients dogs. The proprty has wire perimeter fence with lots of fascinating smells that our dogs love to sniff and explore. During the springb t is lush green. We are only 4 or so miles off highway 65. This is a rural property with uneven ground, gopher holes and other hazards that may not be suitable for very small dogs.
