We're so excited to welcome you to our 12-acre property! Nestled amidst the woods, with a charming creek as a centerpiece, we offer a unique and tranquil getaway. To best enjoy your visit, here's some information about accessing the property: **Parking and Access:** There are two convenient parking options. You can park at the gated entrance on the front of the property, where most of the open acreage is located (primarily on the left as you drive in). Alternatively, if you let us know in advance, we can arrange for our dog to be inside, allowing you to park closer to the horse trailer. From either parking spot, a pleasant ten-minute trail walk leads to the creek and the main part of the wooded acreage. The trail begins behind the house and is clearly marked. **Fire Pit Area:** We have a delightful fire pit area available for your use. To ensure everyone can enjoy this amenity, please obtain prior approval and provide your own firewood. Remember to completely extinguish the fire and clean up any debris after use. Three comfortable chairs surround the fire pit, and solar-powered string lights automatically illuminate the space for a cozy ambiance in the evening. **Fresh Eggs:** We’re proud to offer fresh, free-range chicken eggs (no rooster!). These eggs are unwashed to preserve their natural goodness. If you’d like to purchase some, please let us know the quantity (half-dozen or dozen) and give us sufficient notice. Welcome to Fallen Oak Farm. A small permaculture style food forest sitting on the Etowah River. We have 6 acres total. 3 acres are fully fenced in to protect our garden. The unfenced area also has wide open spaces, In addition to a path in the woods that runs along the river. Large open areas for sunning or throwing your pup’s favorite toy.

10 of our 22 acres available for exploration with your dog(s)! 1 acre is fully fenced and full of farm animal sights & smells! The rest of the acreage is not fenced but provides woods, fields, and creeks! 15 minutes from the airport but feels like the middle of nowhere.

This is a 5 acres piece of property known as the Dahlonega Butterfly Farm. When we are closed for business, it is available as a Sniffspot. It is not fenced but it is wooded with a couple of short trails. It is great for having your dog off leash and working on training. This is my dogs favorite place in the world.

THE PARK: Amazing field for your pets to roam freely. With over 7 acres of fully fenced area , your dog will definitely have a great time exploring. Perfect for reactive dogs to have a safe and secluded area to roam around. Tons of open space and shade for the summer days or a a nice walk during the chilly fall/winter season. Take a seat and enjoy our resting fire pit area with shade and a water bowl is provided for your pets ( They will be tired out after all the roaming!) Toys and dog poop bags are included. Not only will your dog love this park but owners will also have a peaceful time. HOW TO GET THERE: Entrance to park is a bit hidden but will be located on the right side facing the house. I have a photo showing the entrance on the listing. Parking area will be passing down the field close to the pavilion or you can simply leave the car parked at the main entrance. Make sure to close main gate once inside to sure complete enclosure of the park. THINGS TO NOTE PLEASE READ: Although park is completely fenced, the second part of the park passing the red gate does have barb wires and large gaps that escape artist can wonder off too. Backstory: My best friend Scooby took an early trip to dog heaven so he never got a chance to play in the land now dedicated to him. His younger brother Koko and Lukas definitely have a blast when they roam Scooby's Dog park. With every visit, I just know that Scooby is welcoming all dogs that come through the gate. He was the most friendly dog and best friend anyone could ask for ( just didn't like to be messed with when he would eat ). Although I couldn't have that experience with my Scooby, I hope you have a peaceful and playful time as you visit Scooby's Dog Park.

Wooded and open fields far from roads. This is an unfenced, rural property, and as such, we cannot guarantee that you will not encounter wildlife, trespassers, stray dogs, etc. Emergency EV charging available. First aid kit, towels, water and bowl, sunscreen, and insect repellent provided. Not a ton of other amenities, but the view is fabulous, approximately 2 miles from I-75 with a short drive to Buc-ee’s. Come play!!

Great place to stop with 2 fenced areas (one is 1/2 acre and other is 1/4 acre fenced) and an additional 9 acres of woods and pasture with a stream in the back when we have rain. Great exercise and a beautiful place to stretch your legs. Feel free to use the wi-fi and a small no-dog fenced area for you to relax in full view of your fur babies or the rocking chairs on the front porch to enjoy.
