Private backyard in a quiet neighborhood near 44th and Kalamazoo. Yard is fully fenced with privacy fence along the sides and chain link in the back. There is a small creek in the back, just outside the fenced area with a lot of brush and trees. Yard is regularly treated for mosquitoes and ticks using pet-safe products.

4/27/25 Trail Conditions Report: The Beach is Open! Check out our Beach Extra. The trails are freshly groomed. Everything is ready for you and your pooch! The pond is full and beautiful. It's Springtime so the nats are out so bring a hat. They are harmless (they don't bite) but annoying. LOL :-) Here at Happy Trails 'N Tails we are so honored to be a part of your happy memories! That is why our guests travel here from Grand Rapids, Holland, Lansing, and Kalamazoo. We have Ten scenic wooded acres (square). FULLY FENCED IN. Walk along the pond and through the trees on groomed trails. There are also yard areas and a picnic table. Beautiful and private acreage with views of a 60-acre non-motorized lake. You are always the only one on the property when you visit! Canicross and Canicross Training welcome! One lap of our outer loop (through the woods) = 1/2 mile. We are set up nicely to practice 5K.

10 acres with hiking trails and a large, natural pond for the dogs to swim. Lots of room to explore!

Country land with plenty of space for dogs to run. Livestock is kept in a fenced in area. We have goats, sheep and chickens that are all very friendly and love attention. There is an amplitude of wildlife. Guests are welcome to use our fireplace if you bring your own wood. There are 2 swings for kids to enjoy. Beautiful view of hayfields and other land. Come bring your dog or children for a fun time at our farm!

17 acres of woods WITH creek. 3 acres of short grass with cozy rural home located 600 feet from the road. Ample space to run, play and explore. Dog treats, water and toys available to be set out upon request. As with chairs, treats and toys for their human parents / siblings 😊 We can’t wait to host you!

Enjoy 2 acres of our little slice of Hudsonville paradise. Complete with access to Rush Creek for shallow water play, plenty of open lawn to throw a ball or frisbee with a good section of woods to explore. Enjoy our serene yard with complete privacy for you and your pooch.

Experience the adventure of the forest and the joy of the lake on a quiet private road in the heart of the Manistee National Forest. With 3 acres of forest to run, a lake with dock to swim, open area to play and plenty of seating to relax or have a snack, this space offers plenty to entertain both canines and their people for hours. There's a picnic table to sit and have a snack or a fire pit with log seating for relaxing (no fires please, we are in a National Forest). Park anywhere along either of the two long wooded driveways. Please no driving or parking between the house and the barn. The property is not fenced however the property is bordered by a lake on one side, blank forest land on one side and quiet neighbors on the other 2 sides who are rarely seen from our property. We also have an outdoor dog wash station, groomed trails and poop bag dispensers with a garbage can coming soon! Note: The condition of the lake varies by season and can get quite mucky at times. We recommend bringing a towel or two. We have a dog wash station coming soon!

We have a total of 2.5 acres of land of which 1/4 of that has a pond in the back yard and we have walking trails in the back woods area to walk and run

The area is not fenced in. Dogs may run around our yard. Or you can walk the two tracks surrounding our property. We do have a hobby farm so there are goats and may be free range chickens out.

1.7 acres with 300 feet of creek frontage. Half a mile off M21 in Ionia it has short grass, woods, easy access to the creek with a gazebo and fire pit.

We have 10 acres of land available. Pond in the back for dogs to play in and your more than welcome to wash them off after using our hose and we have set aside a towel and puppy shampoo for you to clean them up after with. We have a lots of flat land too for any ball thrower. A grassed in mini 2 acres Dirt bike track for them to run around in any dogs love getting the zoommer like ours. We have the main area my cement road fenced off. But we are a open land you are welcome to park up by the house and knock for any bathroom emergencies we understand and if we are home will accommodate. Have Bottled water set aside for you and dog water bowel. Let them take a break with us!!
