Come enjoy our expansive, completely fenced-in backyard, which is almost an acre. The area is on the edge of a rural setting. Pat yourself on the back for finding such a large, private place for your dog(s) to run his/her little heart out and enjoy a Sniffapalooza. (If you’re interested, pet photography is available for an additional fee.) Enjoy expanses of wide open area as hayfields surround our property. There are many areas for the humans to sit and watch their dog(s) run around and have fun. There is a picnic table, benches, tables/chairs, and gliders. Have fun watching our critters whose pens are just on the outside of our backyard. We have horses, a miniature horse, a miniature donkey, alpacas, goats, sheep, ducks, and chickens (Petting zoo available for an extra fee. Dogs are not allowed in with the animals.) We have a fenced in garden area within the backyard. The garden is surrounded by rose bushes. In the middle is a courtyard with glider benches around a propane fire pit, a table/chairs, with a tiered water fountain in the middle. (Dogs not allowed within the garden area.) Enjoy the many types of birds that fly overhead on their way to Peltier Lake. There are also Sandhill cranes that show up periodically, as well as turkeys & geese. Treat your dog to a wide open area to sniff, play, and run to their heart’s content. Treat yourself to a pleasant setting that is like no other. We look forward to your visit!

My miniature little brown poodle, Morty Wonka, once captured a fast hare rabbit in the side yard park that was bigger than himself., because of this Elvis Presley became his friend, and Morty was no longer a “Hound Dog” For warm or hot sunny days, the Red Maple Tree in the play area will provide you with instant shade, and it is the perfect spot to place a chair(s) where you can throw optional numerous rubber ball toys to your dog(s) to play fetch & retrieve. Perhaps your dog(s) would like to take a run thru the 15 ft nylon agility tube, the adjustable garden hose nozzle will provide you the option to relieve yourself(s) and dog(s) with a cold refreshing mist, including sanitized stainless steel water dish(es) at your disposal, For clean up, towels, hand sanitizer & plastic small poop bags are at your disposal with a trash can to get rid of anything undesirable. It would make me very happy to know your dog(s) are enjoying the converted side yard private dog park, as my beloved dogs did, especially my white standard poodle Buddy, who the dog park is named after. He loved to crouch down by the pine trees and the very tall 20-30 ft high arborvitaes that line the west wood fence, as he waited for me to throw a rubber ball to him, that he would eagerly return to me. Our property is a dog’s paradise! We have an open backyard, wooded trails, and an orchard out back with tall grasses. We keep the trails and orchard mowed for walking, but your dog will have ample woods, puddles, and other adventures at their disposal! Since we live in the woods, we occasionally have trees fall down on our 5 foot welded wire fence. Please be mindful if your dog is an exit seeker, although we walk the fence and mend any spots we see often. There is a large pole barn visible near the gate where you enter that is our neighbor’s yard. His yard/barn is not visible from the rest of the property once you’re down the path a little ways. For SPRING/SUMMER months, tics and mosquitos are starting to come out. We do not spray our land, so make sure you and your pup have the protection you need. In summer mosquitos are often worse near dawn and at dusk, especially in thicker parts of the woods, and less so in the backyard and orchard areas. A kiddie pool has been placed near the hose on the back of our house for paw cleaning or play use in the yard. Please be sure to turn off the hose and drain the kiddie pool when done 😊

Come and enjoy our own private 3plus acres of wooded with some open space and trails. Fully fenced in and secure. So much space for your fur babies to run and explore. No need to stress with other dogs that may be reactive. Or maybe your pup doesn’t play well with others and prefers their own space. Our private dog park is for you. This space is amazing. It is not attached to our back yard and is a completely separate and private area. A great place for play dates with others, maybe even a picnic for the humans. Bring your snowshoes if you would like a bit of a workout yourself off trail in the deeper snow! PLEASE NOTE: Zero tolerance for smoking of ANYTHING while on our property. You may smoke in your own personal vehicle. But also, do NOT leave your dogs unattended. Please pick up after your dog. I am finding a crazy amount of poop left behind. Fill any holes you pup digs and return toy to bin. Also, in the winter months, please be aware that their is no lighting in the field. The designated Sniffspot parking area has ample lighting but none in the field. 9-23-24, hunting season is back, you may hear shotgun in the early am hours from hunters along the Mississippi River.

Our dogs love walking the trails, sprinting through the woods, and diving through the prairie grasses. We love offering other pups the chance to enjoy it too! The trails are mostly wooded, and there is a ravine with a small creek (often dry in the summer). There are areas of trails, woods, prairie, and mowed grass. There is a barbed-wire fence marking the property line around the property, however it is not fully-fenced. This 140-acre retriever training facility is made available to you when we are not training :) It features rolling hills, and several ponds. The main walking area is 80 mowed acres surrounded by ponds. While not fenced in, the neighboring fields are farmland - no houses, dogs, or people in sight. If your dog needs some serious exercise and room to run, this is it!

Hi! Our family has a fully fenced in backyard ready for your pup to play in! When you arrive, there is free street parking in front of the home. This area is accessible by a gate towards the back of the house. Once in, help yourself to the backyard! We have a small seating area and table underneath the deck. We will also have a bag of dog treats and a container of dog toys (balls, things to throw balls, etc). We will also have a container of the mentioned amenities, like sunscreen, bug spray, poop bags, water bowl for dog, etc. We also have dogs, but will plan to keep them inside while you enjoy the backyard privately.

Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

The property is under 4 acres in a residential rural community. There is lots of unfenced yard as well as a mostly fenced pasture (electric fence is NOT on). Would work best for dogs that need to run or play that listen to their owner and are not likely to run off as the fencing was designed to keep livestock in the pasture, not dogs. Just had the pasture mowed down but mosquitoes can still get aggressive when there is no breeze so you may want to apply insect repellent.

The riverbed, grass field, and smaller fenced area are all open for play! We have a beautiful piece of land with a mostly fenced perimeter and 1/3 acre fully fenced doggy play area. If you drive in by the picnic table you are in the center of 18 acres to play on and will be quite a distance from the road. There are mowed walking paths to the beautiful Kinnickinnic river, far away from other people and animals. You and your dog will love it here! The river is cold and easy for dogs to hop in and out, (not easy for humans right now). If you want to keep them out of the water there is about 10 acres of open field where you park, separate and above the river so you don't need to have them down by the water at all. (although most dogs gravitate to there!)

I will stay open, but please have your fur babies wear blaze orange as a precaution* 20 acres split up into flat/mowed area, and a trail that's is cut through the woods around the property. There is plenty of safe space to run and explore. We are surrounded by farm land and a quiet dirt road.

Private land on the West Sunrise River! Natural deer and wildlife trails. I recently added signage to make it easier to navigate! Perfect space to walk around and enjoy nature. If your dogs a swimmer they will love this smaller river- and if they’re not there is still lots for them to smell on the ground for enrichment! Plenty of sticks all around to play fetch. Parking on street only. Some of it is uneven ground so watch your step! There are trail cams for wildlife viewing

Come explore with your dog and maybe see my horses in the pasture. Let your dogs run loose as they explore their way around the land. Feel free to let them run and frolic!

We have a large lot, just over half acre. We do have an invisible fence. We have two dogs, a sweet English setter and a pup Irish setter. Large park across the street. Our neighbors love dogs. There is ample parking.

We offer a wrap around yard with beautiful views of Magnor Lake in rural Clayton Wisconsin. Here you will find an outdoor kennel, wooded area, garden, play area for little humans, hammocks & swings, and lots of room for your pup to run and play. Look around and you'll soon see the trees come alive with many beautiful birds. A short drive down the street will give you access to a free public beach if your dog likes water.

The property is actually 80 acres which I have mowed trails on half of the property. There is a creek in the middle but if this works out I will build a bridge and mow trails on the other side (if you don't mind tall grass you can access this side by walking around the front tree line by the road) otherwise the walking trails start to the right of the chicken coop at the tall grass. I hope you and your pup(s) enjoy your time here! It's a perfect spot for off-leash training, play catch, jog, etc.
