There are a few seniors visiting with mobility issues which is taken into consideration when there is poop left behind. You can always message me and let me know a general area and I can try to run out and pick it up between the next visit. There are some small gaps in the fence, so this is a great spot for large and medium sized dogs. Not a spot recommended for small dogs or severely reactive. Please keep dogs leashed until it is your time slot and are in the designated area and keep in mind you may pass another dog owner with their dog on a leash leaving or entering the spot. IF YOU CAN NOT CONTROL YOUR DOG ON A LEASH WHEN PASSING ANOTHER DOG PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS SPOT. Lots of seniors visit this spot and they may need some extra time to walk to their cars. For the most part spacing between guests has been good. Please read the essential rules the website has suggested in order to keep this a fun and safe place for dogs. Our dogs love running in "the field" and walking the trails, and playing hide and seek, so we decided to share it with you. Please enjoy our fully fenced 5-acre field and wooded area. We have opened up the back trails for exploration. We are constantly checking and working on to keep clear of large debris and overgrowth. The back section can get quite flooded especially after snow and rain, but you are welcome to explore and get muddy. We have a hose hooked up to the water in the field just in case. Right now and through summer it should be dry. We have added on a fire pit / s’mores add on option. Check it out for an even more relaxing experience by our camping fire pit. Two large areas for Frisbee etc Enough shade is available so not out in direct sun if too hot, but plenty of open spaces available. Toys provided. Places to sit. Shaded areas. We may have dogs out in secured areas that bark. They will not be loose to visit at fence line. You can go to areas away from house if our dogs are barking. Please keep your dogs away from farm animals. We have 4 ‘ fences so if your dog is a flight risk, they should remain on leash. We have 30 ‘ leashes is needed

I'm constantly trying to improve the yard and make it more and more beautiful every week! I'm very proud of all the different trees, flowers, paths, biomes in this one yard. I hope that you'll come and see for yourself. I'm fine with folks smoking "grass" just please no cigarettes. You can park your car in my driveway and there is a gate with signage leading you to the yard. You'll never have parking issues here. IMPORTANT: If your dog is sensitive/reactive to other dogs our neighbor has a dog on the other side of the fence that comes out every once and a while. It's a strong and tall fence. Most they can do is Boop noses between the boards. That being said the dog is very friendly and only wants to sniff and say hi. I have never heard him bark or be aggressive towards another dog. I just want to make a note as I know some people need this information. I have also noticed that the dog is usually inside during regular working hours. I have attached images of the dog and how much room is between the fence boards.

You're welcome to use our basketball court while your dog enjoys their playtime (just let me know beforehand, as I can leave an inflated basketball out). We also have a tether tug, offering your dog endless tug-of-war! We've also stocked various toys for your pup, including frisbees, Nerf guns, tennis balls, and more. Please let me know if you have any questions! When you place a booking, you will receive the yard's location and instructions on how to enter it. Please NO HUMANS on the dog equipment. This will break the equipment.

we have an approximately 2500 ft.² fully insulated shop with some agility equipment (tunnels, a couple of jumps, some weave poles/cones, tires) in addition to some people toys (giant connect four, cornhole, beer-less pong, etc) There is a heater to use, just please remember to turn it off when you leave. Expect the space to be chilly in the winter.- but not rainy, wet, or muddy!!! Right now, it’s pretty bare bones; the floor is concrete with the exception of some mats under jumps, but we plan to use the proceeds from the Sniffspot to get more mats and improve on the space as quickly we are able!
