The yard is partially fenced, so there is many places your dog could get out of the yard. The direct line to the road is fenced though! Please do not use or let your dog in or on the pool. It’s not dog rated. All other areas are open. House does have an outdoor cat on property, he is used to cat aggressive dogs (but only leashed) I don’t know how he’d react to an unleashed dog chasing him. Normally he’s gone during the day or if he knows a dog is in the back yard.

I have a shed and a front porch that provides some shade as well. I would love to have a happy place for your doggies, I have always been a dog lover!

There are trees, a shade sail canopy and a nice area covered shelter with a roof and fan to get away from the elements. We provide chairs, hammocks, a glider, a picnic table, kids play equipment, dog toys, water, etc. The park has a slope which can provide a great way for you and your pup to exercise. A nice big area for your pooch to dig is available as well as plenty of spots for your dog to roam and explore. Some areas are uneven and hilly which adds to the fun of exploring. Secluded wooded and grassy 14 acres with a section fenced. Come walk one if the 4 trails or enjoy the fenced play area, or walk the long driveway and loop. You will have 8 acres fenced in to roam. Trash & Amenities: The trash can and other amenities are in the black cabinet inside the carport. Seating: We have a table and four chairs in the bamboo/shaded area in the very back if you would like to have a picnic off the ground. At any time, you can request more seating. In addition, we have a bench inside the carport. Fence: The fence is four feet on three sides and five feet on the road side. The front fence is wood slats/split rail with wire. On other sides we have wire and chain link. *There are critters that like to lift up our wire fencing. Just beware if you have a tiny dog.* Wildlife: You may see snakes, rabbits, deer, and squirrels. There have been times that deer will be stuck inside our fencing. * We see hawks occasionally. There should be at least one small water bowl in the carport as well.
