Doggy Style's Ball Room is the space for you. Add-ons are available to help you customize the space for your needs. Please note: This space is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by stairs only. No children under 12 years old allowed in the space. Children 12-18 must be accompanied by an adult.

We welcome the dog community to exercise and provide mental stimulation utilizing our facility when the dog training school is not actively in use. Please enter through the GATE RIGHT OF THE HOUSE - please see pictures for location. 1b- Please keep dog’s leashes on upon entering and exiting the spot. 2- There are garden chairs and a bench, please feel free to use them. 3- There is a box filled with fun dog toys and a couple of dog treats for you all to enjoy. 4- There is a water hose and a bowl, please feel free to use them. 5- We would appreciate if you left the backyard as you found it. IMPORTANT: ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED WHEN ENTERING AND EXITING THE SNIFFSPOT, AND THE LEASH SHOULD BE KEPT WITHIN EASY REACH FOR QUICK ACCESS. Welcome to our spacious, fully fenced 0.25-acre yard in Odenton, Maryland—perfect for off-leash fun, relaxation, and a refreshing swim! Amenities include: Swimming Pool - Available for both dogs and their human companions. Starting Wednesday, April 9, the pool will be open for use. Please note that water temperatures are currently below 60°F. While humans are welcome to swim, cold water can pose a risk of hypothermia. All guests who choose to enter the pool do so at their own risk. Secure Fencing - The yard is enclosed with a 5-foot wooden privacy fence. A few boards have become loose over the winter and are scheduled for repair over the next few weeks. While the yard remains generally secure, we recommend maintaining visual contact with any dog that may be a flight risk, just as a precaution. On-Site Dogs: Occasionally, we board up to four dogs on-site. They are kept calm and separated during guest visits to ensure a peaceful experience. Come enjoy a private, safe, and fun environment for your dogs to run, play, and swim!

A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). Be sure to tag us in your posts on Instagram @zarassniffspot You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were. Summer note: Please bring bug spray and feel free to use the fan on the patio to help with the bugs and heat. Be sure to turn it off when finished. **Update as of 4/23/25. The grass is freshly cut and looking great!** We have somewhere between a third to a half acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include two different size jumps, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a small dog tunnel, furniture on the lower deck for you to sit down, a hammock, and a trampoline.
