We closed the spot temporarily to tend to some yard repairs. We plan to be open and have regular availability starting in February 2025. Sorry for the inconvenience. About 4 acres of fenced pasture just northeast of Cheyenne. Plenty of room to run, play fetch or just sniff around. There are hills, grass and trees to investigate and it's a secure area where you can let your dog stretch their legs and not worry about the unknowns of the dog park.

18 acre ranch with beautiful landscape, views of horses and occasionally wildlife depending on time of day. You are welcome to pet the horses but do not feed. Please do not allow your dogs to bark, growl or charge the horses (even though they are behind fences). All the horses are calm and easy around dogs, which we need it to stay that way. We have a fully fenced area roughly 10 acres with mowed paths for walking. You are welcome to walk thru the field if desired. There are random balls and toys in the field for use, water is available and if we are home during your visit should the restroom be needed we will honor use of that. You are welcome to bring agility or equipment and toys each visit if desired or practice nosework. We are also open to hosting groups, such as agility, nosework or trainers who need a large outdoor space that is fully fenced. Off street parking and can accommodate large vehicles. Small dogs are welcome, do note the fencing is graduated so depending on size of dog, some real tiny ones who are escape artists may not be the best fit. Thank you for considering spending time and enjoying our property as much as we do.

This place is amazing. So much wide open land but the entire perimeter is securely fenced. I have 4 dogs including a puppy and they ran and ran, then spent the rest of the hour with the chuck it and balls. Great fun!

We have three dogs, one of which is a 7-month old puppy. We needed a place to teach the puppy to stay with us off leash. This property is wonderful! Very, very large and there were neighbor dogs at the fence which was perfect for our puppy to learn socializing with other dogs. I could not have asked for a better place. Our dogs loved it! I especially loved walking among the pine tree groves. We have already booked a second visit and I'm sure will be back many times.

My dog loved it, lots of space to zoom around worry free! I would recommend bringing tweezers my dog did step on a couple of cactuses, and we struggle getting some of the little spikes out. Overall super great we will visit again!

We LOVED coming here! It was our first sniffspot so i was a little nervous but it was 10/10. My dogs absolutely loved it, clean space, and it was awesome. Great sniff spot in a great convenient location! The neighbor dogs were out having fun but there was plenty of room to still play if your dog doesn’t like fence running! Poop bags, water, and parking were all fantastic!

We absolutely love this place. It’s huge, entirely fenced in, and clean. The neighboring properties have dogs that love to run the fence line with my dogs when we are there which is great exercise. I bring my three large dogs here often and have never had any issues…just tons of fun.

This was our first time to this sniff spot and it was SO much fun. We drove about an hour to get there and it was very much worth the drive. Very secure fencing, they provide water, and there were so many fun obstacles for the dogs to run around. I have two very high energy breeds and they were completely happy and worn out The one thing I will say is that if you have reactive dogs, please be aware that several of the neighbors dogs can run up to the property. They are behind the fence, but it was possible for my dogs to lick and interact very closely with them. One of the neighbors dogs barked at us for nearly the entire time and 8 months ago, this would have been a huge issue for my reactive dog, but thankfully his training is paying off. So if you have a reactive dog, this may not be the best spot due to those concerns. We will definitely be back though! If your dog has decent recall and you’re not worried about them being reactive/aggressive to the other dogs at the fence, it could be a fantastic training opportunity.

I took my reactive dog for the first time today and he loved it. Beautiful and private, didn’t have to stress about people or other animals to let him off leash for a bit. We stayed in the smaller private area by the private entrance for most of our visit. I did leash walk him through the rest of the property and he loved all the new smells. Second visit for us…Love it here, couldn’t recommend enough. Took my blind chihuahua and my reactive pit for a couple hours and he ran off tons of energy and she happily wandered while sniffing around and sunbathed while she played with her duck. Thank you to these hosts.

This was our first time using a Sniffspot, and my pup and I loved it! The pasture area was great for sniffing around and playing some fetch, and my dog would’ve been content to wander around for a while! The neighbor dogs did come out and ran up and down the fence barking at my dog, so we stayed behind the tree line or on the opposite side of the pasture.

If you are looking for an adventure, but also looking for safety, Sniffspot dog fields are a great option. With Sniffspot all bookings are private space for just you and doggy friends you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). Especially for training, privacy is ideal. You can review the details of the listing to make sure it works as your desired activity space, for example, safe dog exercise, dog training, a stress-free adventure with your furry friend or even a puppy event. You can even check the park amenities chart for amenities such as indoor training facilities, agility field, synthetic turf, exercise balls or field parking availability in advance. If inclement weather is an issue or poor field conditions, you can reschedule your visit up to 2 hours in advance.

What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot dog field?

We require that all four-legged friends have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Make sure to check host rules before visiting to ensure, for instance, that you are following allowable sports activities rules and any special events rules.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot field at the same time as me?

No. Facility rentals are for private play time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the area during visits, so this is perfect for a private adventure for you and your doggie friends, and perhaps a human friend. Hosts understand that many guests have dogs in training and are nervous owners. So when you book a Sniffspot dog field you have the entire private spot to yourself. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between time slots so you will not run into other guest dogs or a previous person when coming or leaving in the field parking area. Some hosts may have multiple fields, but there is always a buffer between fields.
