This is a lovely home, yard and neighborhood. Many thoughtful amenities for dogs and humans. Steven is very welcoming and made sure we, along with Stevie, enjoyed our visit. We will be back and highly recommend this Sniffspot.

We had an awesome time exploring the trails for Goose’s 2nd birthday! All the trails were well marked and well maintained. It got too hot for Goose due to his short-nose and the host was super accommodating and understanding. Amazing place, highly recommend and we will definitely be back again!! :)

We had such an awesome time with our dogs! Beautiful property, wooded trails, water access and cleared grassy areas where the dogs can play. The host went through the effort of putting signage to guide you throughout the property and setup two Muskoka chairs at the water access point. We had a lovely picnic. It's full sun in all areas except the wooded trails so be sure to wear sunscreen / hat.

Roo and I had a good hike and she absolutely loved the swimming. This is such a lovely place for reactive dogs - she rarely ever has a chance to be off leash. It was a real treat.

I can’t say enough great things about this Sniffspot! Vitaliy is extremely welcoming and accommodating, provided great directions, and even water bowls for the dogs after their visit. The property is absolutely gorgeous and has tons of trails, we were there two hours the dogs really enjoyed the pond and trails but I don’t think we came close to exploring it all! You’ll want good recall on your dog as it’s a big property and only partially fenced but this really is a gem. Thank you Vitaliy!! We will be back! :)

Wow… 10/10 recommend! Vitaliy is incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. The property is clean and well kept. One of my dogs is dog reactive and it was so nice to have a peaceful walk without having to worry about other people and/or dogs for once. We will definitely be back!!!

Vitality's place was fantastic. We have a reactive dog so public dog parks are never an option for us to let our dog be free. Once we crossed the parking lot, our dog could truly be free and himself for the next hour, OFF-LEASH. we never felt like the whole place wasn't secure. It felt like a private trail in a national forest. There's a lake and a couple of plastic chairs for us to rest. Vitaliy was quite responsive throughout and gave us plenty of heads up. He also was very accommodating when we were early for our booking. The only thing to be aware of are the bugs. We were given ample warning from Vitaliy. Hat and bug spray helped but we still underestimated the amount of bugs there. We want to be more prepared next time.

Definitely my favourite place, it’s like being in your own private conservation park, many trails to pick from, lake for the dogs to dive into and ample acres for the dogs to run free. Vitaliy is a great host very responsive, greeted us upon arrival and added that special touch of setting chairs up by the lake for the humans. Can’t say enough good things about this spot will be back for sure.

Great experience. Beautiful property with varying terrain for the pup to explore. Mostly forested, which provided nice shade, with some open spaces and access to water. The bugs were plentiful, though nothing out of the ordinary for a forest hike, and manageable with proper bug spray. Very friendly and considerate host provided water for my dog and even offered to dispose of our poop bag at the end, which far exceeded my expectation. My dog had a great time, and I felt that this was a super enriching experience for her. Would highly recommend.
