Hi, I’m Monet, and this is Happy Tails Farm! We’re all about enjoying life with animals, especially dogs (and chickens :)! The farm is on 15 scenic acres, located just outside of Eugene. We're easily accessed via Fox Hollow, Chambers, or Bailey Hill. Our property has a 3 acre Fully Fenced & mowed private dog park with a view of Spencers Butte! There's some fun stuff out there including giant tractor tires, a straw bale structure (Pumpkin Parkour!), jumps and an agility tunnel. We're always looking for new ideas and love requests! We also have 7+ acres of Partially Fenced nature area with trails, including forest and fields. We recommend keeping your dog on leash while exploring the trails, as the property is not 100% fenced and there can be deer roaming as well! This area is huge and is a very exciting work in progress.

The outdoor space is available during daylight hours. Indoor space is available as an add-on and recommended for evening visits or during inclement weather. First-time guest? Use discount code FarmPlay for a $5 discount. Are you fostering or training a dog? Use code FosterSF&G for a $5 discount. This is a 5-acre farm, with 1 full acre dedicated to the sniff spot. The pastures are cross-fenced, allowing for room to explore but not too far. An indoor riding arena is available as an add-on. It is enclosed on three sides, keeping the wind and weather out during playtime. It is well-lit for evening use. Horses offer additional entertainment but are always a safe distance with a large space (enough to drive a large truck through) between fence lines. The animals are not reactive to the dogs even when barking at them. The farm animals don't respond to the dogs, so often the dogs move on to exploring the space. We have some simple agility items in the space along with balls and other toys to help entertain both you and your dogs. As a guest, you have access to: * Fully Fenced Acre of play space for off-leash adventures * Water - Lift the green handle to start the flow of water * Poop baggies * White garbage can * Dog towels, clean ones in the clear container, and dirty ones go into the grey tote. We ask you to use 1 towel per visit if possible. * Porta Potty * Shelter with chairs and a small table you can put anywhere in the field during your visit we just ask that you put them back when you are done. * During the summer days we include a doggie pool. They are blue kiddie pools. Double them up when you use them so they are easier to empty and less likely to break. Please dump the pool and return it to the corner when you are finished. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: This is a field that has uneven ground including mole and gopher holes. Please watch your step. Please keep within the Sniffspot area. If you happen to throw a ball over a fence just message me and I can retrieve it for you. It is important to stay outside of areas marked private property. Those gates also have extra locks, but we want to be sure everyone stays safe. USE OF INDOOR ARENA: During harsh weather (over 95 degrees or winter would be those days of wind and heavy rain) the indoor arena may be an option. YOU MUST MESSAGE me before the visit to ask for us so we can make that ready for you if it is available. That space is in an area marked private property. Access is granted when the indoor space is reserved as an add on. We are excited to have you come and share this special place with us.

There are a couple of spots along the fence line that have openings at the bottom or gaps. Also, damage from the ice storm caused some damage to the property line fencing. See photos. FRONT PASTURE IS CLOSED. Unfortunately, it is not handicapped accessible. Gopher, mole, and dog holes are to be expected. Mud during the rainy season. Sheep keep pastures trimmed and fertilized.

Nicely fenced in. Has water, Chuck-its, balls, and lots of holes in the ground that our beagle mix loved sniffing. There was a nice shelter with chairs to sit in to take a break from the sun.

My boys had a BLAST! I have 4 energetic boys, and let me tell by they loved the time we spent here! From the toys she supplied, to the doggie pools. They took advantage of the pools, and though there were more then one they always wanted to hop in the same one (lol). At some point I thought we were missing a dog, turns out he decided to take a dunk in the stock tank Marla had lol. From there our twins (huskies) just took advantage of how deep it was vs the pool lol. We want to thank you and can’t wait for our next trip!

Our dog enjoyed this Sniff Spot and it was good for her to have exposure to the horses and sheep, but from a safe distance with no shared fencing. As a small dog of 15 pounds with little legs, it was challenging for our pup to do a lot of running/ have zoomies as there are a tremendous amount of holes in the field... but we understand it is a farm!

My dogs had an amazing time ! One of my dogs spent the whole time playing fetch while my other dog spent his time exploring and watching the farm animals! There was enough toys and waste bags. There was also a big bin of water and clean towels. I would definitely book again !

We had so much fun! Scooby met a horse for the first time. Played/sniffed in the leaves. Checked out all of the smells, and just had a wonderful experience. There was a great hideout/covered area with chairs, perfect idea for Oregon. There had been lots of rain and the play yard didn’t have hardly any mud at all. The grass was wet but no muddy paws! That was much appreciated. If we travel through again, we will certainly come back. Both dogs were worn out in 40 minutes! Picture proof attached. On the human note, parking and the gate was SO easy. Well marked. Felt very welcoming. As soon as we pulled in, I knew it was going to be fun! The fencing and gates were well set up, no concerns about holes.

These people are so nice and the field for the dogs is wonderful. It was my first time there, so I was a little lost. They have a couple Sniffspot signs at the driveway entrance - which is brilliant. There is a locked gate, and they had to let me in. Once I got in and drove down the driveway, there are some cones toward the back to park by. I wasn't sure where to go from that point, so for others out there: there is a little path that leads to a cute little gate and on the fence next to the gate are a few laminated signs - but you can't read them unless you go through the little gate. Once you go through the little gate, you are in the dog park... I think LOL Anyway, it is so nice of you to share your property with dog owners. We have a dog that doesn't get along well with others, so we can't go to places like Mento-Brown. This is a wonderful blessing for us to be able to share your field. Thank you so very much.
