The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. Bring your pups to rip and run in our pasture! There’s a big open field to play as well as some naturally shaded areas towards the back of the property to cool off and explore. Fresh water and toys are always available for the fur family and a seating area is provided for our human friends. Most of the field is grass and there’s some big sandy spots near the entrance. There’s a private entrance to the field at the front of the property and if we’re home, we stay inside during all bookings. I have lots of ideas for additions to our little doggy park and would love to hear your suggestions too! Message me with any questions or concerns you may have! Sozo Bark & Party Park is well shaded with sunny spots to enjoy. It's a great location for a private play session with your dog or you can bring a friend for a special play date. We can even host doggy parties for your favorite occasion. This is a non-smoking park: vaping is okay.

This property is completely fenced and gated. The sniffspot is completely fenced and gated as well. Use the Westgate of the property, it is marked with the state flag. Please keep that gate closed for safety. The sniff spot is located to the right as you pull in the driveway. Please park off the driveway to the right. There s plenty of space for parking, so RVs are welcome. We also have RV hook ups if you would like to stay. Camping areas are throughout the property, and a bathhouse is available for restroom breaks. Please keep your dogs leashed until in the spot for play. Gates are at the back of the property allowing access into the Greenway. 70 thousand acres of trails, with possible wildlife sightings. We offer horse stalls, so it is possible you might encounter an equine. The outdoor kitchen is located at the front of the property, you can purchase drinks or snacks for a nominal fee. Kennel spots coming soon. We welcome feedback as to how we can improve your experience. I hope you enjoy our property as much as we do.

Semi shaded with trees, big open spaces to run, play and sniff every blade of grass, but please be mindful there are hawks, owls, crows and woodpeckers in the neighborhood. There is a shaded back deck for humans to sit & relax. Throw a ball from a seated position have a nice cold drink soda, beer, Gatorade or water. Please drink responsibly and throw away trash. Please be mindful other dogs use the backyard so clean up after your self & and your fur baby. Fur babies over 40 lbs are welcome with advanced reservations. You have more than two dogs? Pay for 2, your 3rd comes in free on the same day as reservation.

Hi, we love our property and want to share it with other people. There are different areas. 1 is kind of wooded, there’s short grass open spaces, other area with pine trees other area with lots of plants because it’s a small nursery.. property is not fenced at the entrance at this time. All other sides of property are fenced. The restroom is in the back of the house in a small beige building. You may walk with your dog(s) anywhere within the property. Around the house, into the horse barn, through the Nursery, into the woods,etc.. We have a Basset Hound and 6 children. Kiddos usually inside the house or in the pool, Benito our doggie is inside and outside. We try to keep him inside when visitors come. He is very friendly but barks at strangers until he hears them sweetly talk to him. : ) or pet him. Thank You for choosing our property to walk your doggie.

Hello, We would like to welcome our dog friends to our private fully fenced wooded dog park we named The North Star Ranch. The North Star is positioned right over our entrance, and you might see it if you stay at the ranch late. Please bring your own water, snacks, poo bags. Also we have no trash collection, so please take your waste home with you. This is what we do as well. Consider a visit to our ranch a visit to nature that has been fenced in for your dogs’ convenience. And as in all Florida woods, there are some safety concerns you need to be aware of before your reservation. There are more or less visible stumps and vines all over the ranch. There are also some prickly cacti, buckthorn bushes and brambles. Tree logs and trunks have been arranged in some areas as edging for trails. The ranch is a work in progress and we are very slowly cutting prickly plants back to where they aren’t in dogs’ faces, but it’s taking us a while. Long pants and closed toed shoes are very much recommended. We also suggest tick spray if you’re worried about them. We find that in winter time they are rare. Mosquito cream is available during summer months at the gate. We recommend you use it. There is a 20 liter canister of water for dogs available at the picnic table along with a black rubber bowl. There is a back gate at the ranch and we don’t suggest venturing out of, as the back of the property is NOT fenced, and trails are grown over. Please stay in the fenced-in area only for your safety! We hope you and your dog enjoy lots of sniffing while you’re either strolling along or sitting down in one of our picnic areas. There is some agility equipment available at your discretion. Please use it wisely and look out for your pet’s safety first. Wilderness warning! ⚠️ Snakes have been spotted at the ranch several times. Our dogs run through the ranch daily, so wildlife is used to human and canine presence. This was their home before we enclosed it, so we respect their presence and move around them if we spot them. To this date we haven’t had any negative experience with the wildlife, and we surely want to see you stay safe as well. Keep your eyes open if you veer off the main paths, and have some treats in your pocket to help call your dog back to you in case of a snake sighting. The sightings definitely drop off in the colder months. We hope you enjoy our ranch as much us we do! Our dogs absolutely love it and we lovingly nicknamed this place our “sanity ranch”. Enjoy!

All available free of charge, WiFi, parking, lighting, electrical outlet, bon fire pit, grill, water and bowl, pet enclosures, dog runs, folding chair, toys, smokers outpost for roaches and butts. (tobacco and 420 friendly) Please clean up after your pet. A scooper is available. Please scoop poop do not bag up your poop unless it’s a fetish thing. It’s stupid we bag poop. Just don’t leave it where someone will step in it or smell it! If your dog is sick in my grass, report it so it can be sanitized properly. You don’t have to have a pet to enjoy, just rent the spot! Please use common sense and be responsible. Thanks for stopping by!

You have no plenty of shade with beautiful oak trees. There are nice Adirondack chairs for you to sit. Poops bags are provided and a trash can for you to throw the bags away. Water bowls provided as well. There is electric fence bordering the fence line so that dogs don’t dig out. It’s very, very low voltage and will not harm your dog. There are horses in their stalls on the property. Please DO NOT feed the horses anything.

I own half an acre of land and have always wanted to be a help to others. My land offers a wide space for fur babies to run around and let off energy. Trees for scenery and a firepit for s’mores and hang outs!

I am new here and open to any suggestions you may have. My hope is not only do you enjoy, but you come back. I invite you and your pet(s) to enjoy your own private experience while in a peaceful Ocala backyard.

We have a very large backyard. We have sunshade available and sits for pet parents! We do have a large sand spot unfortunately we can get rid of because of the beautiful tree we have growing. We have two great dane sisters, and a Husky mix who love running around our back yard and playing!
