We're so excited to welcome you to our 12-acre property! Nestled amidst the woods, with a charming creek as a centerpiece, we offer a unique and tranquil getaway. To best enjoy your visit, here's some information about accessing the property: **Parking and Access:** There are two convenient parking options. You can park at the gated entrance on the front of the property, where most of the open acreage is located (primarily on the left as you drive in). Alternatively, if you let us know in advance, we can arrange for our dog to be inside, allowing you to park closer to the horse trailer. From either parking spot, a pleasant ten-minute trail walk leads to the creek and the main part of the wooded acreage. The trail begins behind the house and is clearly marked. **Fire Pit Area:** We have a delightful fire pit area available for your use. To ensure everyone can enjoy this amenity, please obtain prior approval and provide your own firewood. Remember to completely extinguish the fire and clean up any debris after use. Three comfortable chairs surround the fire pit, and solar-powered string lights automatically illuminate the space for a cozy ambiance in the evening. **Fresh Eggs:** We’re proud to offer fresh, free-range chicken eggs (no rooster!). These eggs are unwashed to preserve their natural goodness. If you’d like to purchase some, please let us know the quantity (half-dozen or dozen) and give us sufficient notice. We recommend life vests for inexperienced canine swimmers - this helps build confidence and reduce fatigue. **Can rent as an extra** **Pool activities are intended for dogs enjoyment. Humans please don't ignore your dog while lounging/swimming. We want everyone to enjoy their time - but we're here for the dogs! Come enjoy safe fenced in yard approx .5 acres, with access to a fire pit (extra), digging pit, sensory gardens, bird watching. Explore the great outdoors! Trails and a serene creek. You and your dog can enjoy walks and playtime in nature. Perfect for winter adventures, training fun and sniffing out lots of new scents. This area is partially fenced and lines a creek (crossing the creek is off our property). Often see wildlife - be aware if you intend to have dog off leash. *Digging Pit Dogs love to dig! Our dedicated digging pit allows your pup to indulge in this natural behavior without ruining your garden. We have a 1/4 of an acre fenced and 3/4 of an acre of wooded land that is not currently fenced in, but can be accessed through a gate in the back of the yard. We have plenty of room for your baby to run, and the pool makes for a nice place for your pup to play if they like the water. We live at the end of a cul de sac, so there is street parking, and the yard is accessible from the driveway!
