We have never seen our 3 boys Colt, Gator, and Miller have so much fun! Delbert and his wife were incredible hosts and even helped get the dogs cleaned up after they decided to roll around in the mud and get dirty on the way out. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Our dogs enjoyed running around, playing tug of war, digging holes, and rolling around in the grass. We even had so much fun our faces hurt from laughing and smiling so much watching our boys have the time of their life. We will definitely be bringing them back many times in the future!

What a spectacular place! We have been to loads of sniffspots and Max’s playground is one of the very best! Very safe and lovingly maintained. The hosts are wonderful and really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you would need. It’s such a lovely tribute to their beloved Max. Of course the dogs had so much fun and were very tired. Can’t wait to come back

The 2nd time visiting Max’s playground was just as fun as the first. Going near sunset, we got to see some cattle in the adjacent field which were far enough away that my dog was able to calmly view them (she’s a cattle dog mix which is fun). Beautiful property and kind owners. I hope others continue to respect this Sniffspot for as long as they’ll have us 😊 Working on recall proved to be a little tough because of all the amazing smells but we were able to do some training in the midst of decompressing.

Another PERFECT & EXCELLENT visit for Hank! Sadly, I was not able to be there today, but my girlfriend said Mr. Hank had another wonderful time at Max's Playground! I can't say enough good things about this spot and the wonderful couple that have opened their hearts to all of the dogs that don't get to run and play as much as they deserve. This was Hank's 2nd visit and we all intend to keep coming back to the best SniffSpot in the world for as long as Max's Playground will have us. Thank you so very much for another fantastic visit. An absolute gem! I am definitely on the cautious side when it comes to my dog, but the fencing and set up made me feel at ease letting her off leash. I cannot recommend this location enough for your dogs!

Such a great space for our two big dogs! There are paths to explore and open spaces to run, everything was fully fenced and they had everything you could need.

I can only hope that more people find out about this place and it catches on like wildfire. The hosts couldn't be more friendly and Hank couldn't love it more! He now knows when we are about a 1/2 mile away and starts whining because he can't wait to run around and say hello to the lovely people who operate Max's Playground. If you're a dog owner who is deciding where to take your dog, look no further. Max's Playground is the bee's knees. 2nd place is so far away, wherever that may be, should just give up. A+++ Get to Max's Playground.

This was the best experience I've ever had with my dog, Minnie! She loved the freedom to roam, lots of spots to sniff, and enjoyed investigating the chickens and ducks. We both took a nap when we got home and she's tuckered out in the best way. We'll certainly be back and bring some friends! The hosts provided water, towels, hose, poo bags, shampoo, and probably a few things I've forgotten! The swings and water spot were very appreciated to rest and recover before heading home.

Such a great place to take my furry friend named Hank! This is a review for Hank's second visit, which is enjoyed more than the first, surprisingly. The hosts are so kind and personable. The area is wide open and safe. I can't say enough good things about it. What I CAN say is, "STOP READING THIS REVIEW and book your dog for this SniffSpot. This was an amazing place to bring our puppy! Large open space along with wooded paths. The owners even had water bowls and a bathing area! Definitely will be making this a repeating visit.

100% a wonderful place to take your pet. We will be coming back and hopefully often. Our dog and people reactive boy absolutely loved being able to run about without the worry of having those issues. It is a beautiful place and our dog had the best time. Also the fact that they donate their proceeds to local shelters just makes it even better. Great people as well!

Another perfect visit. Mr. Hank had another perfect trip to Max's Playground! Not only does he love going, I do as well. The serenity and calm of Max's Playground is wonderful. And again, the hosts of this SniffSpot are wonderful. To say the hosts are kind and hospitable is a serious understatement. We just had our very 1st trip to Max's playground, and our dog Chapo, and my son's dog, Vani, had the BEST time! The trails are great & the land itself is beautiful! They have fresh clean water for the dogs to drink. Delbert has it set up with poop bags & trash cans throughout, & also a place where you can give your dogs a bath, if you like! We will definitely be back on a regular basis!

Hank and Jude our 2 dogs had a great time at Max's Playground in Lafayette. They were worn out when our hour was up. Hank didn't want to leave. My sister and I enjoyed walking the paths as well. There were plenty of resting spots for humans, plenty of water for the dogs, and it was very safe for all. We will defiantly make this a much-visited place with our pups. Dilbert was very nice and hospitable. I could not download the pics of the pups but their tongues were hanging out and smiles on their faces when we left. Thanks Delbert. I couldn't hear another dog barking until Hank went on the porch at the properties house. Hank wanted to stay. LOL

Warm & friendly owner greeted us as we arrived, gave us all the details, and truly welcomed us to their home & property. We had a group of 6 dogs ranging from young to old that had an absolute blast. We are already scheduling future trips and introducing more people & dogs to this spot. I wish I could come every day.
