Please note I had a dead tree come down during the hurricane. It has been removed and a fire pit has been started in its place. Person renting the space must be the owner of the dog. 4. Dogs are the only pets allowed. 5. No excessive loud noises, profanity, or music while visiting. 6. Back deck is not accessible to dog owner. RESTRICTIONS; 1. Homeowner may or may not be home during visit and may occupy back deck during visit and will not disrupt dog owner during visit. 2. Cleaning fee may be imposed if trash or dog waste is not collected upon departure.
