I am a working horse farm and fields are anywhere from a smaller paddock to about 3 acres. Horses get moved around so location changes as to what is available. No climb 4'6" fencing, however there are spots a small dog can get under. Better situation for dogs that have a call back and are not gamey as I have many farm animals they could come in contact with if are not with owner. I have a toilet in the barn for use, plenty of electric outlets and water. Wash stall can also be used for hot water baths after visit. Dogs must be obedient to owners and non animal or human aggressive. You can also walk around the outside of the property on leash and go into Earleville state park land directly behind me.

This is an all indoor spot for your pups so they can get out and play even in bad weather. Toys are available. We ask that you put all toys away when you are finished.

We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy! Trails, a pond, creek, seating areas for relaxing , swings if children come along. There is truly something for everyone! *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. This is a 4.93 acre property that is located in right across the street from the MD sunrise corn maze. The property is half field and half woods. There’s a path that accesses the woods in the back right of the property and you can follow it through all the way to the quiet neighborhood of dairy farm estates where you can walk your dog/dogs also. Please use the path and do not cut through neighbors yards. Depending on weather the middle of the property can get pretty wet so please be cautious.

Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. Feel free to use the hose/wash area to rinse off your dogs paws after play, no need to add the extra for that. The extra is if you want all the other stuff included for a more in depth bathing. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

Plenty of shade during the warmer months and a fire pit offers some extra warmth during the cooler months. We no longer have goats. 8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. Field is currently completely cut. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. We also have a family dog that might be visible occasionally in our own private yard, far away and totally separate from the Sniffspot. If your pet is very sensitive and can’t deal with even the site of and or hearing another animal, unfortunately this is not the spot for you. Finally, we are a community of pet lovers and we all pull together and support each other positively . If you have any issues at all, please reach out to me and I will make it right . We have received 1 out of 100 less than stellar review left simply because our family dog was let out in our front yard totally separate from the Sniffspot for five minutes and I just don’t want there to be any other negative experiences.
