What a great sniffspot! Tons of space to get out the zoomies and lots of different areas to sniff (pool, patio, shed, porch, bushes, dock). There was even a rope ball tethered to a tree that had our pup completely exhausted after 10 minutes of circle chases! Tiffani had towels, toys, and extra waste bags stored on the porch that she generously offered should we need them. Easy to find and easy parking too!

This was my first sniffspot experience and I absolutely loved it! The property is fenced in and absolutely gorgeous. My puppy had his first swimming experience in the creek on this sniffspot. It’s very well maintained and the owners put a lot of care into the space. Theres also chickens in a coop which was very cute for the pups to observe. Owner was extremely responsive and nice. Can’t wait to come back!

Our Louie the Lab had a great time! It was his first water experience, and at 4yrs for a Labrador, he was more than ready! We asked our host if her resident pup could come play and they were fast friends! Will definitely return to encourage our Louie’s water dog nature :)

My dogs had a wonderful time here! My dogs are rescues and we did a playdate with my one pup's littermate at this location. Owner is very friendly, property is waterfront (which our dogs loved) and clean, and there are toys available for play, too. We will definitely be back!

Our favorite sniff spot! Well maintained fenced in yard located on the water. Swim, play, sniff, zoom, and checked all the boxes and more! Great space, clear instructions, and can’t wait to do it again!

Beautiful day in a lovely spot. The spot was large and well kept with lots of places my dogs could investigate, play and roll around. It was a hot afternoon but there was a good breeze. One of my dogs even went in the water to cool off. Although we did not need towels the owner stated they had some up on the front porch we could use. My dogs definitely enjoyed their visit.

My dog LOVED this spot. It's a cold front in January and he still wanted to play in the water, so get ready for the fur babies to get wet if you have a water lover! On the brightside, he could drink the water as he needed! The house owner did mention they have towels and toys available- we brought our own this time and didnt need them, but it's so great they have that option! The grass was super green, even in the winter, which I noticed because my dog loves grazing. The place was entirely fenced in, except for the water if you have a super determined pup that wants to swim free. My dog definitely noticed and went right for those areas (ducks straight ahead and the housing to the right beyond the beach and bushy area), so it was a good recall test and I could see the wheels turning whether to listen or not when I called him to come back 😂 (teenager era)! Not sure if he would successfuly have been able to get free, but worth mentioning if you have a swimmer. I can't wait to come back in the summer with his life vest, he is going to fall in love even more and hopefully will get a chance to swim. Beautiful views and plenty of space to play fetch and explore!
