55We loved this place! The hosts were super nice and welcoming. (Our pups didn’t want them to leave!)
The land is big...a big ol field through the trees...and it was perfect!
It was relaxing and nice to have a private area for our guys who aren’t as social with other dogs.
Thank you guys! We’ll be back! Eric H.

55Our dog had a blast and Rick was very helpful and nice. It's great to be able to access such a lovely fenced-in spot in the country and to give our dog a new experience. Having Rick's dog Bella to run with and meeting horses for the first time were also pluses. Appreciated being able to hose her off after a romp in the pond.Jane G.

55What a great place for the dogs and humans to play! The pups ran and played hard, and enjoyed meeting the horses and Bella, the gracious host Rick’s sweet dog. Rick met us, made us at ease and made great conversation. He even let us borrow a blanket to put in our car for the ride home as the dogs were a bit muddy from wading around the small pond. Happy and exhausted dogs. We will be back. Tim L.

55We had an amazing time at Rick’s spot. He’s a great, caring host and really cares about you and your pups having fun. The four acres is a perfect space to have fully fenced and let your pups run free! He introduced us to his sweet horses, who were totally chill about our pups being nervous and barky around them. There’s horse manure around, which is not an issue at all since it’s a pasture. Just mention it to remind people to wear appropriate footwear. Our dogs had a fantastic time and we can’t wait to go back! Thanks for the fun spot, Rick! Lisa I.

55I think the sign of a good day for a dog is when he or she needs a nap and a bath. After a visit to Rick's (and family) property our Aussie needed a bath and is still napping as I type this.
The property is quiet, clean, and has different features scattered around the property.
Our dog loved finding sticks and running up and down the hill and then paying the horses a quick visit. Then it was time for a drink and a quick dive into the water trough.
Overall, it's a great spot and we'll definitely be back! Stephan S.

55Rick's property has a nice open field for the dogs and also a nice shaded area for the humans to escape the heat. Our pup had a terrific time running, playing, and checking out all the smells. Thanks for opening your property to us Rick and we hope to come again!Josh B.

55This family was so welcoming and gave me all the details about the space before we used it. Even their daughter hung out with me and my 7 month old pup which was really sweet. My pup was a little unsure of the chickens (he never saw them, just heard them) and the horses. But after a little bit of time he was able to hang out while we fed the horses, which honestly was really fun. I can't wait to come back!Ambra R.

55Our dogs always have so much fun romping around the huge property. We have to keep an eye out to make sure they don’t consume any of the “road apples” from the resident horses, but it’s an easy thing to do. Watching them run around in sheer joy brings smiles so desperately needed in these difficult times. Thanks, Rick, for making your place so welcoming, easy and fun for both people and pups!Lisa I.

55First visit was great, the hosts are lovely and when my dogs got too hot from racing around they sat and chatted with me for a bit. Very neighborly and it was nice. There’s a nice wood pile in the field that I used for a little confidence building with my dogs, getting them to jump up and climb around. Plenty of space for ball and frisbee throwing!!Christina C.

55My dog loved all there was to explore! He was able to sniff to his hearts content and play with the various balls throughout the property. Tons of room to run around. It was very easy to find and the family was so kind/helpful. Peaceful neighborhood too. Would definitely go back! Valerie G.

FAQ about our Eagle Point dog fields
Are dog fields safe?
If you are looking for an adventure, but also looking for safety, Sniffspot dog fields are a great option. While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, distracted dog owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private space for just you and doggy friends you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). Especially for training, privacy is ideal. Contrary to public dog parks, all Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog for off leash exercise or outdoor training. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars, while public dog parks often do not even have verified reviews. All payment is done securely online by credit card in a few simple clicks.
All park rental information is available online. Start by filtering parks by fencing, size and distractions, to find a private spot that works for your dog. If your dog has poor recall, you can visit one of our secure fields. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our dog fields where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can review the details of the listing to make sure it works as your desired activity space, for example, safe dog exercise, dog training, a stress-free adventure with your furry friend or even a puppy event. You can even check the park amenities chart for amenities such as indoor training facilities, agility field, synthetic turf, exercise balls or field parking availability in advance. If inclement weather is an issue or poor field conditions, you can reschedule your visit up to 2 hours in advance.
What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot dog field?
We require that all four-legged friends have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Make sure to check host rules before visiting to ensure, for instance, that you are following allowable sports activities rules and any special events rules.
Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot field at the same time as me?
No. Facility rentals are for private play time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the area during visits, so this is perfect for a private adventure for you and your doggie friends, and perhaps a human friend. Hosts understand that many guests have dogs in training and are nervous owners. So when you book a Sniffspot dog field you have the entire private spot to yourself. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between time slots so you will not run into other guest dogs or a previous person when coming or leaving in the field parking area. Some hosts may have multiple fields, but there is always a buffer between fields.
How much do Sniffspot fields cost?
Dog fields in the Eagle Point area range from $ and $. The least expensive dog field is . The most expensive dog field is . Each host sets their own price, so you can check the price on the specific Sniffspot dog park listing.
