Our back yard features a covered pergola, a table/ chairs/ Loungers, a sandbox with trucks for kids, hose and kiddie pool access, WiFi and an electric outlet. In the front there is a covered porch you may relax on as well. Our yard is against the 219 so as long as you do not mind a little traffic noise, it is nice to have privacy with no neighbors behind the home.

Our backyard sits on 1 acre and we welcome all dogs! Although the yard isn’t fenced in, the yard is surrounded by trees and wooded areas, making it pretty secluded. Dog bowls and toys are left out to use. We just ask that none of the toys be taken with you.

Welcome to our quiet backyard with full privacy fencing and seating for you to lounge back while your furry friend explores the garden. Hi!! Come bring your pets to play in our private yard! We have our own pets as well, four German Shepherds. They can either be out and about with your dogs (up to you) or they can be put away. Our property is 40 acres. About half of it is wetlands and you will most likely not be able to walk it, though you’re more than welcomed to try! We have a portion of our yard fenced in specifically for the dogs, the rest is not fenced. If you’d like to walk in the woods you may do so, but if your dog is not well trained I would keep him/her on a leash during that period just as a precaution since you don’t know the area. We have two fire pits, one near the house and one in the clearing in the woods. You may use either one if you’d like. There is a hammock set up in the clearing as well, and seating (nothing fancy though) Next to the house, we have a bench swing, a table and chairs, a tree swing, and a yoga hammock on the tree. You may use any of these while your dog runs around :) We have a hose in the fenced in area and this can be used at any time for your dog for drinking water. During the summer, it will be attached to a sprinkler as well. We also have a kiddie pool for our pups during the summer. The grass in the yard used to be luxurious, however it has become muddy as one of my dogs is a digger. So PLEASE be aware of this if it is raining ! I know it drives me crazy and I don’t want you to be upset ! Let me know if you have any questions or concerns :-)

There are also spots that allow direct sunlight for your dog to sunbathe. You and your dog are welcome to take a break and sit on the patio furniture. Soft Turf means you and your dog stay mud-free! We sanitize the yards every day with our pro kennel disinfectant. We have both hot and cold water available in the yards, as well as dog water dishes, pooper scooper, and garbage cans. The yards are also fully lit. Exterior fencing is 6 foot high block concrete, 6 foot high chain link, and 6 foot high wooden privacy fencing. This outdoor space is where we operate our doggy daycare which is the #1 facility in WNY.

I love my spacious, beautiful, and serene backyard. It’s fenced in, has privacy and in the suburbs yet has a very naturesque feel to it. I don’t use it nearly as much as it should and I LOVE all types of dogs so I’m excited to welcome any and all dogs 🐕 Let them be a dog, to sniff, chase, run, bark and just be free 🐾❣️

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD We have 35 Acer's an 5 dogs of our own . My husband has taken it upon himself to mow out a trail that goes along the side of our half of the property.it is not fenced in but if your pup is off lead trained feel free to let them run .we also have a part of Feild that is not mowed but for the off lead trained pups it's a great spot to let them run ! If they are not off lead trained still an amazing spot to go for a walk on a private trail with out worrying of being over crowded .our 5 pups absolutely love it out there . The pictures do no justice for this beautiful trail it's a must see
