Such a nice property! Dogs loved it and it was beautiful place to sit and let the dogs play. It was so nice she had EVERYTHING you could need! water, so many toys, bug spray, tick repellant, poop bags, treats and more! Excellent!!

We love this spot! It is a nice, large shaded area that is totally secure. Lots of toys for dogs to choose from, and made extra special with treats! A nice, quiet spot to enjoy time with your pups.

My girls and I absolutely loved this little slice of heaven! Great area for them to run around, lots of toys to play with, and a wonderful outdoor view for owners to enjoy! Karen even left my girls some treats! Instructions on how to get to the fenced in dog area could not be more clear, and everything was so neat and tidy for us. We will definitely be back! 🐾

Wonderful area! Karen welcomed us with a personalized sign and cookies. There were so many toys and balls, clean water available, poop bags, first aid stuff, and wipes. The dogs had a blast. One thing I would like to mention is that this Sniffspot is on a hill. My old man wore out pretty quickly from going up and down. Just a note, it was great for the 3 year old though!

It's by far one of my favorite sniffs spots that I've visited in my area. Beautiful, well-kept piece of property, an abundance of dog toys, plenty of fresh water already provided, and even some complimentary dog treats. My dogs had a blast chasing each other around, and my husband and I enjoyed the lawn chairs that were provided underneath their massive trees. We will 100% be back.

My dogs had a great time running around and playing! I really appreciated that the host provided blankets and a temporary shelter, as I was colder than I expected to be this morning. This was our second visit, and I'm sure we'll be back.

Very nice space. There was a tent with blankets and hand warmers for the humans and plenty of balls and toys for the dog. Felt well accommodated! Payton had a blast.

Wonderful visit! Really appreciated the accommodations to help us stay comfortable while our dogs played. (See picture). The picture does not show the hand warmer packets that were supplied as well. Love this sniff spot!

Shrimp had the BEST time running around at Karen’s sniff spot. There were chairs to sit in while he played and lots of toys he could try out. I also really appreciated the markings to know where to park and the sweet sign welcoming us with a treat!

This is a great spot!!! My puppies love it. Karen is such a great host. She really does her best to make it comfortable for her guests! There’s always plenty of fresh water and toys for your doggies. Always 5 stars!

We had a lovely time with our two dogs who got to run around a safely fenced area. The host was thoughtful in providing water, treats, toys, and even chairs and blankets for the humans. The host also reached out beforehand to let us know the area was covered in snow and some ice. We look forward to visiting again, especially when the snow melts.

Karen’s is the top spot for a reason! She offers toys, water for the pups, poop bags, treats, and a place for the hoomans to sit. The area is well secured, plenty of running space, and quiet! We will be back again soon!

55Absolutely amazing Sniffspot and my dogs and I will be back again and again! I have been taking my 2 dogs to Sniffspots for years and the amount of care and attention to detail from this host was incredible!! Right off the bat, she gives great directions on her listing page with photos on how to find the Sniffspot, as well as including signage that is easy to follow. She was even kind enough to warn me about muddy conditions (not her fault, a ton of snow melted) and she even put down a rug to prevent my dogs and I having to step through some of the mud. Once we arrived, she had an adorable sign made with my dogs’ names greeting us, along with a bag of treats for them! So thoughtful!! She also provides multiple bins of clean, not destroyed dog toys, Chuck-it’s, balls, and many Jolly balls! I was really touched that she even provides first-aid dog supplies as well as plenty of wipes & hand sanitizer, safe for both pups and humans. There was a dog waste station, poop bags, and even a few hooks to hang leashes! There was a bench for humans to sit and even two camping chairs with blankets provided for cold days! Karen thought of absolutely everything and the attention to detail really ranks this Sniffspot above and beyond. There was tons of room for my dogs to run and play, some squirrels for them to have fun chasing, and the fencing was tall & secure with no gaps or holes. I did not see or hear any humans or dogs during my 90 minute visit either. The only thing you’ll see is typical small wildlife like squirrels. 10/10 - I recommend this Sniffspot to everyone!! The dogs are currently passed out on the couch! The space was big enough to tire out my Rottweiler, and our old man Winston had plenty of space to sniff. The supplied toys were a very nice option, and we were greeted with a "Welcome Swayze and Winston" sign accompanied by some treats! 10/10 recommend!
