Greetings, Our mission is to provide a secure and clean environment for the ultimate sniffing and play experiences for your pets. Our yard is designed to minimize the risk of spreading kennel cough or respiratory diseases. Nestled in the heart of West Knoxville, our property features a dog friendly pool with a large securely fenced yard. Upon securing your booking, you'll receive a remote for the gate on the lower drive. Please be patient as the driveway gate opens; then, feel free to drive through and park anywhere. Remember to close the gate behind you before allowing your dogs to roam freely—no leashes are needed within the secured gated yard and pool area. The pool is easily accessed by a paved path to the pool and upper deck. Enclosed by a 6-foot wooden privacy fence, our yard ensures the safety of your pets. Enjoy the rolling hill and a pet-friendly saltwater pool, surrounded by grounds featuring an undeveloped forest. There are no HOA rules or sanctions for enthusiastic barking, allowing your dogs to truly be themselves—bark, swim, romp, and live their best lives. We've opened our yard to your family to create a joyful and memorable experience. Please brush your dogs before arrival. We have had pool pump and filter issues from excess hair 🤔😀. Also be sure to teach your dogs to use only the stairway to enter and leave the water to preserve our pool liner.! 😜 Please allow a few minutes toward the end of your stay to do basic cleanup for the next user. Hello! We have fresh grass arriving this weekend! We have a HUGE FENCED backyard with a beautiful view of the woods and country living ! It's almost 500sq feet and being extended weekly! Bermuda grass, tons of toys and fun and fencing is equipped for dogs up to 80 pounds. Cameras on site to be sure your pup is kept safe

Need a place for your pup to run without fear of taking off or running into other dogs? We have just the place. Our private back yard offers a large open area for you & your dog to hang out and burn off some energy! With a wood privacy fence on two sides, and no neighbors behind us, this yard is great for reactive doggies too. Patio furniture, swing, & hammock stand available for use, as well as WiFi. Off-street parking in driveway with side entrance to the yard. Our neighborhood is a wonderful dog walking neighborhood. Start or end your hangout with a nice walk too! We will come & go from the house but will not disturb you unless you’d like to chat. Unfortunately, we do not have access to a restroom for this location.

Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 220 acres which 218 acres is reserved for a leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge on one side and turn to the right on the natural trails for a mountain nature trail hike / walk. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean creek. Take a break so you and your pup(s) can enjoy pure relaxation. Inquire about camping overnight if you love it too much to leave ($75.00 a night sent via Venmo upon scheduling - Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend is $150.00 a night & a minimum of one hour booked on the sniffspot app on arrival and departure for all campers booking through the Sniffspot app). We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do. Please note when you make a reservation it will be booked on central time zone. I’m happy to honor eastern time when possible.

I have a large, fairly flat, fenced in yard. It backs up to the disc golf course at Victor Ashe, so you may see or hear people playing or walking their dogs. We also have birds, squirrels, and bunnies that like to visit. Most of the fence is a wooden privacy fence, but the back by the park is chainlink. I have a deck with chairs or a couch you can relax in and enjoy the peacefulness of the yard. Fur babies are welcome on the couch as well, and there will be a bowl of fresh water for them in the yard. I also have 2 camping chairs I put in the yard if you prefer. I do have 2 dogs that may bark upon arrival, but they will be out of sight. I hope you enjoy the yard as much as we do.

Fully fenced in backyard. Entrance is a gate that’s easily accessible. Upon booking there is a back door with a bathroom and washroom for your dog. We will provide water bottles for our guests and some snacks. There is dog bowls out back under a shaded gazebo.
