We have a large backyard with a privacy fence and a new patio to relax while you watch your dog play and sniff around! There is a larger doggie pool that can be filled with fresh water upon request! We would love to have you visit! The garage will be open upon visit and you may enter through the door leading to the backyard. With the new dog respiratory illness, I will be doing a small screening asking if any dog visitors have displayed any symptoms. Also, there are 2 chairs on the patio but the couch has been put away for the winter :)

Hi! I have a fully fenced in backyard with a nice patio, back porch and furniture to relax in. There’s fire pits to relax by. There are other dogs in the neighborhood, but none on the bordering fence line. I have 3 dogs that live in my house (American Staffy, Bernedoodle and a chihuahua) and the yard is a secure, fun place for them. I have lots of plants and garden beds for the dogs to sniff and investigate… flowers, vegetables, herbs and trees! A cat or two might spy from the windows- if you need me to make sure that the blinds are closed so your animals don’t get upset, please let me know! Welcome to our yard!

For the humans we have a picnic table and two lounge chairs for relaxation. Special note for June and July: it’s mulberry season, and boy have we got ‘em (fortunately they are not toxic to dogs). Please note that our parking spot and part of our Sniffspot are covered by mulberry trees, so you *will* get berries on your shoes. Dress accordingly! 👍🏼

There is a smaller fenced off area in the very back if you wanted to separate smaller dogs from larger dogs that are playing. Patio with table and seating. Trash can, pooper scooper, and doggy bags available. Happy to set up the small dog pool for drinking or playing if requested! Welcome to use the hose.

Spacious backyard with grass, some dandelions, a patio, and some chairs. There are a few trees for shade and a stick pile. Reach out with anything you need and I will make sure to provide the best I can for you and your pup! I hardly use the backyard at all except to add leaves or compost to the compost tumbler or occasionally to mow. That means it is all yours. This spot is definitely OPEN and no need to verify that with me beforehand. I will mark if it is occupied. Water spigot is outside of fenced area, on left side of house (viewed from street) near gas meter.

She's friendly with both dogs and people, but please do not interact with her out of courtesy for them.😁 2.)Please include pics of your pups in the review!📸 3.) You can put any poop bags in the pot by the back porch door💩 4.) You can enter from either side of the gate. PLEASE CHECK BOTH GATES TO MAKE SURE THEY'RE LOCKED BEFORE LETTING YOUR DOG LOOSE!! 5.) You're free to use the hose, which is located behind the willow tree where the kiddie pool is also located 6.) Your dog is allowed to roam WHEREVER in my yard 7.) Regardless if your dog is friendly or not, no one, including dogs, will not be in my yard while you're there, nor near windows 8.) It's best if you book in advance at least 1 hour, preferably so I can let anyone know in advance. 9.) I offer memberships 10.) Please be on the lookout for holes and other possible risks 11.) I currently moved. I've been seeing complaints of dog poop and I wholeheartedly apologize. My dad cares for the yard now, and I'll make sure to let him know if I see more complaints! 12.) Zada Oasis - a little slice of heaven on the edge of Rochester Hills, Troy, and Auburn Hills. Relax to the sound of our neighbor's bubbling pond and feel like you truly enter your own private world in this space. In addition to our fully fenced-in backyard, we also own the woods behind. They are an option to adventure through if you'd like to keep your pup(s) leashed. Please keep in mind this additional wooded area is not fenced in, and would only be walkable during the dry season. There are cable spools, weave poles, a tunnel and a jump for your dog to use for confidence building and exercise! FYI: we do live in a rural area, during hunting season you may hear gun shots in the distance. 🔥 propane heater now available for use in the fall and winter. Please just turn it off when not in use to conserve propane.

We just re-opened after adding 450 feet of fencing and re-seeding the lawn. We are now triple the size of our previous park! This yard is in a family friendly quiet neighborhood in west Warren just south of I-696. The yard is a rectangular open space, there’s a small decorative rock garden in the corner but not much else - no trees or bushes. The single car driveway leads into the backyard. Additionally there is a small cement patio against the back of the house.

Almost a half an acre completely fenced-in yard (to the ground so even 5-lb dogs can’t escape) in a quiet neighborhood near 23 and Mound. Grass is kept short and natural. Never any poisonous pesticides or fertilizer used. All Natural! Seating and doggie pool available (request pool is emptied before leaving and not filled more than half or you can’t tip over to empty). No dogs in surrounding yards. Great for big and small dogs! Lots of trees and shrubbery to give you a private oasis. Please close the gate when leaving. Note: I bought my house with a large after one of my dogs was attacked at a dog park causing 2 surgeries and very expensive vet bills. Enjoy my yard with piece of mind.
