Welcome to our Delaware oasis, a 10-acre testament to nature’s beauty on a horse farm. Our family’s heart holds a special place for my first dog, Cody, a spirited soul who taught us resilience. If Sniffspot existed then, it would’ve been a haven for us, a place to learn and grow without the fear of hills and unpredictability. In his memory, we offer this space – a peaceful realm for training, exploration, and connection, just like Cody would have loved.

1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

Dogs experience the texture of river rocks, mulch, digging dirt, tall grass, rocks, a shallow vintage tub and a sometimes slippery grassy hill. Too chilly? Rent the fire pit! (see extras) Does your dog love the beach? Borrow the Resident Dog Beach Pass to access the private Chesapeake Bay Beach 0.4 miles down the street (free with bookings 2+ hours). Forget a dog towel or snacks? ...or even if you didn't, check out the $5 pet supplies bargain bin. The place accommodates people and pets with disabilities. With advance notice you can back your vehicle directly into the yard. About your host - I was an AirBnB Superhost in downtown Annapolis running a dog-friendly place. When I moved to Pasadena I wanted to continue the tradition, of welcoming both sides of the leash.

Fully fenced backyard. Deck has gates at both set of stairs to keep dogs in the yard. Chairs available for parents. 2 hoses for fresh water. I have poop bags hanging on the inside of each gate and also a pooper scooper. I will provide fresh ice water if I'm home and available to do so. If I'm not, use either hose to fill water bowls. Please put all toys back where they were. Please clean up after yourself and leave the poop bags in the tiny trashcan by the gate. Please dispose of any other trash in my trash can or recycling bin that is in my driveway. Cigarette and 420 friendly. 2 people max. No children under 12 please.

Hello! We are 2 dog lovers looking to share our spot with you! We have 2 of our own dogs(both females) who love our big back yard and we hope your dog will too! Our dogs will be kept inside at all times while you are there. (You may hear them barking when you first arrive). -There is a hose and water bowl for your use, along with some dog ropes, balls, and bones. *We ask you to please pick up after your pet and keep our yard clean! Fully enclosed backyard with shade around the sides from the trees. There are some small gaps so the smallest of pup owners may want to be wary. You are welcome to park in my driveway or on the street in front of the home. Please stay off the deck. There is a patio on the ground where beach chairs are available for people to sit. Water is also available from the garden hose under the deck to wash your pup or to give them a drink. Place your trash in the trash can under the deck stairs prior to leaving.
