Hello. My name is Jacob. This is my 2 acre property that I’d love to share with other dogs! We have 2 dogs of our own who love the yard. The front yard is off limits but the entire back field dogs can explore. We also have a smaller section completely fenced in with a dog house and water station for the dogs! We also provide a kiddie pool for the dogs that love water. Any size dogs are welcomed! We do have deer, rabbits, and other critters that come around a lot of the time! Their is also a pear tree in the dog fence you are more then welcomed to!

Hi friends. We're a fully functional homestead with chickens, geese, ducks and soon to have goats. All of our animals are fenced in, however, you're more than welcome to ask to hold a baby chick if available. We're a disabled Army Veteran family, missing the presence of you and your doggy.

The space is very large and isolated. Not inside a subdivision so there is no one to have to consider with barking or noise for your furry family! It is close to stores and has snacks for the human family with drinks. There is a watering hose available for your use on the driveway just be sure to turn it completely off when done.

Here are some general rules and guidelines for our facility. **PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE MESSAGE TO ENSURE A SAFE AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE!!**: ‼️We have 3 options for your SniffSpot time with us! We have a large *fully-fenced* open field know as “The Back Pasture”. We have an indoor, climate controlled training building known as “The Building”. Finally, we have a large fully fenced 100’x200’ agility field with a completed course of agility equipment known as “The Agility Field”. ‼️ ‼️YOU MUST SPECIFY, whether you are reserving The Agility Field, The Back Pasture, or The Building. If you would like to reserve more than one area, you must contact us, and we may approve this on a case by case basis. We want to be sure the facility is prepared and ready for your visit, so please include this info in your reservation‼️ 🛑🛑 FOR THE SAFETY OF YOURSELF AND YOUR DOG(S), IN ORDER TO UTILIZE THE AGILITY EQUIPMENT, YOU MUST REQUEST AND RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL BY ONE OF OUR TRAINERS. Please message us for details! 🛑🛑 🐾When you arrive at our facility, please close the gate behind you when you enter the property! (The gate opens IN towards the property.) Our property is fully fenced and secure. This helps keep you and your dog safe in the event a dog gets loose. This only works if the main gate is closed. We are located on a busy road and your safety is our number one priority! The only exception to this, is if someone is arriving or leaving directly behind you. Last person through the gate must close it. 🐾Please park directly to the LEFT side of the driveway and walk your dog in the grassy area to the LEFT of the driveway to potty. To access the agility field for training or SniffSpot, please walk along the front near the fence to get to the agility field. This is also our residence. Please respect our privacy. 🐾PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG!! There is a purple and green doggie clean up station located in front of the training building, on the left side. There are bags located at the station as well as bags available inside the training building. There are also bags available and an orange Home Depot bucket near the agility field. Please collect your dog’s poo, tie a knot in the bag, and place it in the bin at the clean up station or in the Home Depot bucket. Help keep our facilities clean! No one wants an icky surprise on their shoe! 🐾If you are using the training building, please close the training building door behind you. (You may have to push HARD!) Our building is climate controlled, and we want to keep it that way! :) 🐾Do NOT adjust the AC in the training building! If it is not working properly or needs adjustment, please contact us. 🐾If you or your dog are sick in ANY WAY, please stay home!! A beautiful quiet upkept place for your fur babies to enjoy! The property is right at 2 acres and is cut and edged constantly so you can enjoy the view as well! Lots of shade, fruit trees and landscaping and additions will continue to be added! Explore the 0.5 acres of free space to sniff and play at the front the bustling community Hallie Mills subdivision on Old National highway in the famed city of South Fulton. Feel free to trek into the wooded area to the left of the property as we own the half of acre adjacent as well! As a precaution, Please leash your dog as the main road is busy. Also please pick up any waste left by your pet. We are just getting started. Please bear with us in the times to come, as we are procuring permits to build structures….there will be a fence added, agility courses, doggie bags for waste, water & food bowls, dog runs, sustainable gardens, a pavilion and in the near future introductions to events such as Puppy Play Dates and Yappy Hour on the weekends for our four-legged and two legged guests! We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. We know that not all dogs like the public dog parks. We also, do not think they are safe due to irresponsible owners. We have 3 acres fully fenced for your dogs to roam, sniff and get that much needed exercise! We have some nice shaded areas with a kiddie pool available during the summer. Covered area with chairs and a shaded area with a picnic table for pawrents. Toys and bags available for use as needed! Water is available so please keep your pet hydrated!
