I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. Discover a Maryland woodland with your dog. Let your dog scramble up a rock wall - nature's parkour, while you soak in the beauty of a cathedral of oak trees. Watch your dog learn with a mirror at dog height, a PVC tube where you talk in one end and the dog listens on the other, start a tug of war on lariet rope, let your dog tumble after a ball on the green hill. Dogs experience the texture of river rocks, mulch, digging dirt, tall grass, rocks and a sometimes slippery mowed hill. Plenty sun and shade and seats. Members can expand on their experiences with use of the fire pit. Firewood is complimentary and I ask for a day notice. On request Members can also borrow the Resident Dog Beach Pass during their stay. This gives access to the Community private Cheapeake Bay Beach 0.4 miles down the street. On a personal note from your host, I was an AirBnB Superhost in downtown Annapolis running a dog-friendly place. Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! I have put out some Halloween decorations, feel free to let your dogs sniff/pee on them 😅, or just desensitize them to decorations. Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. Feel free to use the hose/wash area to rinse off your dogs paws after play, no need to add the extra for that. The extra is if you want all the other stuff included for a more in depth bathing. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed near the trampoline. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. The way to operate the water pump is to pull the lever up and all the way back and wait a few seconds and the water will come out the hose. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used up please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

Thanks for stopping by! We have a large fenced in backyard, great for your pet's playtime or puppy play dates! More than enough room for a dozen dogs! Our patio features a gazebo WITH overhead fan. Plenty of shade during the warmer months and a fire pit offers some extra warmth during the cooler months. During the summer season, Extras such as a puppy pool, Lounge Pool for Humans and sprinklers will be made available! Amenities: Snacks, Bottled Waters, and Poop Bags are always included. Wifi is available as well. We are a smoke friendly yard - lighter and ashtray are located on the patio table. Please dispose of all waste in the trashcan. Seating: We have 4 Chairs under the gazebo. We also have 5 other lounge chairs available in the yard. Parking: Our driveway can accommodate 7-9 vehicles. Street Parking is also available. If using the driveway, please pull far enough in to allow other vehicles to enter/exit.

Located on a small private horse farm, we offer a safe and fun place to come play with agility equipment, run around, and just have fun. We do not offer lessons or agility training, and all equipment is for entertainment and playing. While some pieces are "competition quality" they are NOT intended to be representative of a true agility school's professional obstacles. Please know your dog's limitations and be smart and safe when using the equipment. The yard is fairly well lighted so that use in the short days of winter is possible. When booking during the dark, lights will be turned on for use. There is seating and a toy box that you can feel free to use. There are security cameras mounted near the back door as well as several outdoor security cameras on various outbuildings. Booking this spot means consent to monitoring. The deck is considered a private area and not open for use at this time.

The fenced yard is u-shaped and is a grassy hill, with flat spots on the top and bottom, just about an acre at this point. Our entire yard is about 3.5 acres and may be used, details under this. Great terrain to help your dog build some muscle or play fetch on for high energy dogs. Nice tree cover in the summer, and I’ll put out a couple chair swings under our shade tree - or bring a hammock, we have a couple trees perfect for it! We have an almost constant breeze that keeps the bugs away and the temperature comfortable. Wi-fi is available in most of the yard if you need it and there is electrical on the porch. We also have a small creek, flat grassy area and wooded area outside of the fence that you can use. The creek is spring fed and clean and the woods are on a hill. Great fun to walk around in. Please only use this if your dog is on a leash or 100% recall. We do have deer and other wildlife that visit. Hose for rinsing off provided. Water for dogs and poop bags and trash can will be by the porch. We will be expanding the fencing this fall to include another 1/2 acre or so and completely 6’ fence.

If you want complete privacy then this is your spot. Dogs run through the woods and get to sniff nature and even go to the creek for a private swim on the beautiful Conewago creek. Clear and wide walking paths for the owners. I also train dogs for unleashed activities just like what our property offers.
