We have five acres on mostly wooded land that we’d love to share with your dog/s! Behind the house there is a large mowed lawn/hill that leads to a pond that’s perfect for chasing frogs and swimming. Behind the pond are trails and bridges through the woods. There are chairs for people at various places around the property and a hose by the driveway to wash off muddy pups. There is no bathroom for people but the town of franklinville is ten minutes away and there’s a great coffee shop there to stop of the way to or from the property.

Our home is located on the top of Bush Hill. We do not have a fenced in yard but have just over 6 aches for your pet to run around on. We also have a pond (currently frozen over). We have a large fence across the front of the property to protect from the road, but not closed, pets can still run free into road by running around fence.

Bring your dog for a day of scenic views and water fun! 5 Acre property with a paved parking area. 1 acre pond with all sorts of fish (Koi, bass, sunfish, bluegill, grass carp) and a shallow wading edge that dips in the middle to an impressive 8+ feet! Catch and release fishing allowed. Afterwards take a walk through a well groomed, wooded trail that leads to a second smaller pond. Great for active dogs with a good recall or long leash that like to explore and swim! (Please note other dogs reside at this property but will be inaccessible and not visible for the duration of your visit)

Quiet, peaceful place for you and your pup to come play fetch. Go for a walk down a quiet dirt road. See some deer. I have a GPS collar available for use if your dog wants to roam free.(but not take off on their own adventure). I maintain my yard but don’t care if your dog likes to dig. I do have a small female German Shepherd but she loves all animals. She has brought home baby deer before. Saved one once from being killed by a weasel.

In our fully-fenced yard we have a doggy pool, lots of toys and sticks to play with and lots of room to run! We also have a doggy agility course available and a bathing and treat station to keep your car nice and clean!

Our backyard sits on 1 acre and we welcome all dogs! Although the yard isn’t fenced in, the yard is surrounded by trees and wooded areas, making it pretty secluded. Dog bowls and toys are left out to use. We just ask that none of the toys be taken with you.

Our yard is against the 219 so as long as you do not mind a little traffic noise, it is nice to have privacy with no neighbors behind the home.
