Help to keep your park clean and safe for all to enjoy by picking up after your dog and using the trash cans. Always obey park or playground signs. Always keep control of your dog. It is the owner/handler’s responsibility. Do not allow your dog to run and jump on other people or dogs uninvited. Do not leave your dog unattended. Do not tie your dog to fences, benches or any park furnishings. Keep off wet grass. Be considerate of picnickers and watch where your dog goes. Remember, urine damages grass and trees.

Huge fully fenced backyard with private entry and wire pet fencing throughout, the perfect place for off leash zoomies or quiet sniffs. There is a chicken coop in the yard which can be very stimulating! We keep the grass mowed regularly and try to keep the area clean. There is a seating area on the patio with umbrellas for shade and a small bench in the back by the fire pit.

Welcome to Brookside! This fenced in field is located on the lower half of my property. Set up with 6 foot fencing, this field is secure and ready for pups to play. The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field! If your pup would like to swim in the brook, please reach out to me for info on how to access the water!

10.5 acre farm in Bensalem pa along the neshaminy creek. We have a barn with 7 goats and 1 cow All dogs are welcome to utilize the trail and creek. Our property is partially fenced in but lots of space to run. Creek is perfect for the dogs to take a dip and trail is walkable. Excited to share our beautiful property with you and your four legged babies 🫶🏻

Located on the beautiful Sourland mountains of Hillsborough NJ On the Neshanic river. Come enjoy this property. Also listed on Hipcamp and Air B&B. Lots of hiking and running space. If your do is a good listener and is good off leash, this is a great large area to run and play. Bring a tent or umbrella for shade and hang out. Bring lunch.

OFF LEASH DOG AREAS GUIDELINES FOR USE All users are hereby advised that the off-leash dog area is an unsupervised recreation area of the Middlesex County Park System. All users are further advised that the use of this facility is at their own risk. 1. Users must abide by all Rules and Regulations Governing the Use of Middlesex County Park and Recreation Lands and must comply with the directions of Park System Personnel. 2. Children under 8 years of age are not permitted within the off-leash dog area. Children 8 years of age and older must be closely supervised by an adult. 3. There is a limit of two dogs per person. At no time should the number of dogs within an off-leash area exceed 20 or the number of people exceed 20. When others are waiting, please limit your use to 30 minutes. 4. Users are responsible at all times for the behavior and safety of their dogs and should be considerate of other users. 5. Dogs with a history of dangerous or aggressive behavior are prohibited. Puppies under four months old are prohibited. Dogs over six months old must be spayed or neutered. 6. Dogs must wear collars displaying licenses at all times and have current vaccinations. 7. Dogs must be leashed prior to entering and upon leaving the off-leash area. Users must remain with their dogs at all times and must carry a leash for each dog at all times. 8. Users must properly secure access gates upon entering and leaving the off-leash area. Once within the area, users must momentarily restrain their dogs when others are entering or leaving in order to prevent dogs from leaving the enclosure. 9. Users must clean up after their dogs. Note: All incidents and injuries must be reported immediately to the Middlesex County Park System a. contacting a Park Ranger Assigned to the park b. calling the Park Ranger office at (732) 745-3800

At no time should the number of dogs within the off-leash area exceed 20. When others are waiting. Please limit your use to 30 minutes. 4. Dogs with a history of dangerous or aggressive behavior are prohibited, 5. Puppies under 6 months old are prohibited. All dogs over 6 months old must be spayed or neutered. 6. Dogs must be currently licensed and vaccinated and wear collars displaying their license at all times 7. Dogs must be leashed prior to entering and upon exiting the off-leash area. Once within the area users must momentarily restrain their dogs when others are entering or leaving in order to prevent dogs from leaving the enclosure. 8. Owners must be in view of their dogs at all times and have a leash for each dog in their possession. 9. Users must clean up after their dogs. 10. No animals other than dogs may be brought into the fenced area of the park. 11. Sick dogs are not permitted. 12. No food of any kind is allowed.. 13. Open field for lots of running and playing. Drive down the driveway and park near garage. Please no driving in the field or on the grass. Field towards the back right is field of preference. 2 acres surrounded by barrier woods. Good for dogs who can come when called and just want to play fetch with you directly or you want to walk the track together. Right now dogs run the property freely in the backyard only and we have not had any problems. The Lounge is fenced! It’s hybrid indoor/outdoor. On cold days it’s indoor only, it’s a heated garage lounge with expandable fence. Dog parents can use desks and there’s free WiFi, coffee bar, printer. Get some work done while the dogs have full run of the lounge! Lounge has agility equipment, toys, water, treats, and the non human furniture is theirs to scratch! They can get it out of their system here instead of at your house! We can’t wait to have you come on down!
