Twenty-seven acres right outside of 28021 city limits. Former cattle and sheep pasture, currently empty of livestock but waiting for you and your pup(s) to explore! Variety of areas: from large open pastures to heavily wooded (but still easily accessible/walkable) areas = lots to see, hear, and sniff! No need to pick up after your pet either! Water available multiple locations: outside the fenced pastures near block building/parking via hose pipe at the well near the garden 🪴 or inside the pastures (look for the blue barrels and the cattle waterers).

Multiple large, grassy, fully fenced dog pastures; 4.5' high fencing. Fully fenced obedience training ring with gates, broadjumps, highjumps, and bar jump. Trails to lazy creek and around perimeter of property. Kennels, cover, chairs and fans available for use in pole barn. If you enjoy walking with your doggo(s) outside of fenced areas- there is a good bit to explore on our property. We hope you come and enjoy!

Secluded wooded and grassy 14 acres with a section fenced. Come walk one of the 4 trails or enjoy the fenced play area, or walk the long driveway and loop. Take a breather and relax on the bench or rock near the waterfall pond. Or go on hike on back acres on your own adventure and let your dogs have fun playing in the large creeks. I have 3 dogs, but they are kept inside so enjoy the property without any other animal interference. You may hear barking if near house, but no worries, they can't get out. Named in honor of all our fosters who spent their afternoons playing in the field before moving on to their forever homes. Beautiful and private rolling hill field with shade and a swing to sit on and enjoy it! Separate small dog yard if needed. Plenty of space for your dogs to run to their hearts content and a quiet space to train. A unique and beautiful space to fit all your needs.

We will open back up when the weather is nicer. Each time we clean up we get another storm. Check back in March. You will have 8 acres fenced in to roam. Trash & Amenities: The trash can and other amenities are inside the carport. Seating: We have a table and four chairs in the bamboo/shaded area in the very back if you would like to have a picnic off the ground. At any time, you can request more seating. In addition, we have a bench inside the carport. Fence: The fence is four feet on three sides and five feet on the road side. The front fence is wood slats/split rail with wire. On other sides we have wire and chain link. *There are critters that like to lift up our wire fencing. Just beware if you have a tiny dog.* Wildlife: You may see snakes, rabbits, deer, and squirrels. There have been times that deer will be stuck inside our fencing. * We see hawks occasionally. Please watch your little dogs* Grounds: It is a hilly and lumpy so be careful where you step. ** Watch out for fire ant hills** Water: You have access to our well and a large water bowl. There should be at least one small water bowl in the carport as well.

2 acres with woods. All fenced in. As time goes I will add toys, pool, and obstacles. In the country...ish, so sometimes there are gun shots(not all the time) mostly on weekends.

Entering the spot: The gate is to the right of our garage, it just swings open and is held shut by a metal loop. There is no lock. Parking: Our driveway is steep and curves. You can park in the driveway in front of the garage and then back into the space beside our truck to drive down the driveway when leaving, I do not recommend backing down it. I am also happy to open our garage to give you more room if needed. We used to have a F250 and were able to navigate without issues. You can also park in the culdesac in front of our house. Getting Here: We live in a gated community so I will have to call in a pass (this is why I require a 2 hour notice for visits). I will reach out when you confirm your visit to request a first and last name to call in a pass for you to enter. Use YMCA Camp Thunderbird’s address to be sure you go to the main gate of our neighborhood. The gate is manned 24/7. Give them your name and our address and they will provide you with a paper pass. Please note, you will be required to show them your drivers license to enter. Restroom: If you need to use the restroom, please just send me a message so that I know you may be inside. To access it, use the doors closest to the hose in the back yard. There is a half bathroom inside immediately to the left. Please note this amenity is only available if we are home. You can message prior to booking an appointment to confirm availability. WiFi: Info sent upon request when booking is confirmed.

Welcome to Lucy’s half acre private dog park where you, your family, friends and furry companions can run, play, explore, exercise, relax, and even have a picnic. It’s a great and safe place to be with your loved ones. The park is securely fenced and private. There are trees, a shade sail canopy and a nice area covered shelter with a roof and fan to get away from the elements. We provide chairs, hammocks, a glider, a picnic table, kids play equipment, dog toys, water, etc. The park has a slope which can provide a great way for you and your pup to exercise. A nice big area for your pooch to dig is available as well as plenty of spots for your dog to roam and explore. Some areas are uneven and hilly which adds to the fun of exploring. Come and enjoy our secluded private oasis. We hope you will love it as much as we do.

1.2 acres fully fenced yard. Lots of spots to explore, dig and run. I have a table and chairs to sit on, a dog bowl, water hose, toys, and treats for the pups and humans! We love to share our property with other fur babies 🐾🐾

We are currently overwhelmed with debris from the hurricane and recent storms. Most of the debris has to be temporarily staged in the area that is a portion of the SniffSpot area. If you would like to bring your pup to roam and play in the creek on a hot day, please message me first and I will check the clean-up schedule. Please understand we welcome you but the grassy field is not currently up to our standards. This beautiful open space is beside a bubbling creek wtih both sun and shade options. Across the property you will find digging spots (please fill all hoes) mud, grassy areas and plenty of space to explore. There is a water hose to rinse your dog and limited seating at this time. Please check back often as we are in the process of improving the space with additional seating, an agility course, wash station and more.

With a 3 acre pond and 3 acres of open space, you’ve got plenty of room for swimming, nose work, ball, or just a good run. Surrounded by woods, this private property is set about a half mile off the road in view of Glassy Mountain. Get some one-on-one time with your very best friend and enjoy the serenity of nature.  Please stay off of the docks until we had a chance to repair them. 

1/27- As the ground thaws this site may be muddy. This is a large private field that is tucked just a short distance from downtown Hendersonville one block from the Hendersonville Community Co-op and not far from Flat Rock! This spot Less than 10 minutes from Exit 53 on I-26! Making it the perfect place to stretch your legs before traveling on! It has everything you need: - Flat- though the ground is uneven - Drive in access so you can park inside the 12" gate into the fenced area with your pets and close the gate behind you - A custom built gazebo for shelter from the sun and rain - No drive by traffic - No people walking by - Full view of your pet while they run and play! - Games for people and dogs are already onsite! - However, Please remember extra water for you and your pets. I am passionate about helping dogs and this is my fourth Sniffspot and I will do all I can to make this one just as enjoyable for the responsible pet owners closer to Henderson County!

**The pool is officially open as of April 5th!** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool. Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. We've removed a couple of tiny houses but otherwise it is as as depicted in the video. With slight changes based on season. We have 9.5 acres of pristine mountain glory We have a large unfenced Field, Shallow Creek with some small waterfalls, a spring that feeds a tiny pond, a large cleared Homesite that's away from the road moderate to difficult trails and beautiful views. The trails are moderate until you come to the areas that we had landslides, at which point, you can turn around or enjoy the difficulty it presents. Sometimes I or other guests may be on property. If you don't want any other dogs present while you're here, please confirm by text ahead of your reservation time. Thanks so much! We look forward to sharing our sweet space with you. Please do not leave any trash of any version on property including plastic wrapped poop... you'd think that would go without saying...but experience shows it must be said.🙄 All of your activities while on property are at your own risk. Our fully fenced in yard is perfect for a pup playdate! The fence is solid so there are no visuals of other dogs. The ground is flat and there is access to a large hill outside of the fence for some on leash fun. There is a large tree for shade during the summer or your pup can cool down under the raised deck. Driveway parking is available and there is a hose connection and trash can on the way to the fence gate. Fostering? Frolic for free! Just send us a message to set up your visit.
