I have a beautiful fenced in yard. It's a dog's paradise with lots of shade. I have a vinyl fence which dogs can see through the pickets on two sides facing front yard and side street, I rescued a dog from Homeward Bound 12 years ago and they had to come to my house to see the yard and inspect me home. Needless to say, I called him Onyx.

Let your dog run wild and play on our hay meadows in Putnam Station NY. Spot is woman owned and operated, features seclusion and great visibility for a safe, rural experience (please see the map included in the listing). Wide open meadows are beautiful and convenient to NY 22 on a quiet country road. Easy, paved access from the Eastern shores Lake George NY, near Fort Ticonderoga, and the Western Shore of Lake Champlain. Dog owner DOES NOT need to clean up pet waste at our spot ;D Your pet's poo is a beneficial deterrent against crop damage and helps keep deer from hiding their fawns in the meadow. You should have leash, voice, or buzz collar control (we have collars available) to protect from escape into the wilderness or out onto the road. Please contact us a day in advance if you would like to borrow buzz collar system or GPS (so we can make sure everything is fully charged). Our town is VERY strict on DCO enforcement - no loose dogs on the road or neighboring properties EVER please, they would probably send you a ticket in the mail! :P If you anticipate having trouble with keeping your dog close upon entering/leaving the meadows please bring your car well within the steel gate to park before letting pooches out onto the meadows - there is a magnificent view toward the end of the access road and space to turn around in dry weather. Water features are available through streams and small ponds at various locations in the woods, also along the lake there are some ponds, for those who want a longer adventure. Pets may dig anywhere along the wooded edge of the meadows, please no digging in the grassland.

Welcome to A+J’s private dog park! When you book a visit, you and your dog(s) are the only ones in the space. Playdates are welcome. Our Sniffspot is our fully fenced, backyard attached to the house, with a private entrance from the driveway. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs are welcome. This centrally located spot in the Capital Region will be a comfortable, safe and fun space for you and your dog(s) to play. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Guilderland (near the borders of Albany and North Bethlehem) with ample driveway space. Easy access to the backyard - you can use the private black metal side gate (pictured) to enter the backyard. You’ll find ample space for running and playing. There’s even a dedicated smaller fenced in dog area within the larger fenced in backyard (if you’d like to use that dog-friendly space as well). For the humans, there is a large covered porch, with ample seating and outlets for charging your phone. For dogs, there is a water bowl with readily accessible hose for water, toys and treats available for use while in the backyard. We have two small pups (Daschunds) of our own (Murphy and Bucky) who love their backyard but they will be inside during your visit so your pups will have the space all to themselves. There is a small stream that runs through the woods for you and your pup to enjoy! Multiple wildlife roam the property! If possible, I like to meet new guests first just to give them a lay of the land! I’ll provide you with a Google image of the property so you know the boundary lines! I also print out a list of local dog friendly eateries as well as other small cafes and shops locally! I provide a garden hose to rinse your pup off if they get a little muddy! And towels to dry them off! I typically have out a few tennis balls amongst other toys as well! And some treats for your pup to enjoy! 😊 Can’t wait for you to come explore Boreali Farms!

We have 128 acres of woods pasture and active farm land available for you to explore with your dog ! If your interested in a off leash experience without worry we have a 2 acre spot for your four legged love to enjoy without the fear of a failed recall. We just ask you stay out of the cows pasture, barn , chicken coops and do not open any gates despite what the cows might tell you ;) Our beautiful working farm is a natural environment shared by abundant wildlife deer, herons, and wild turkeys who roam the property and potentially could access the fenced area. When our Sniffspot guests are not visiting the fenced area is home to our flock of sheep. They happily do the “mowing” for us so you may notice some spots where the field isn’t perfectly “mowed” or gifts they have left behind! With this please be mindful not to leave anything behind that may attract in wildlife or potentially harm our sheep! We thank you and look forward to your visit !

Our Sniffspot is part of the Mountainside Mutts training facility. We have a fully fenced-in yard for your pup's safety and various obstacles for your dog to enjoy. There are seating areas so you can relax and watch Fido play from the shade.

Street parking; walk to the back of the building where you’ll find the fence gate held closed by a loose metal chain. NOTE: This fence is old and not secure. If you have a dog that is prone to running away please be mindful that they may be able to jump or slip underneath the fence.
