Whether your pup loves to run, chase a ball, or simply wander and take in all the new scents, there’s space here for every kind of playstyle. We keep the space quiet and secure, making it an ideal spot for reactive dogs or pups who just need calm time away from busy public parks. Seasonal changes bring new sights and smells, so every visit feels a little different. Eddy’s Bites, our farm-made dog treats, can be ordered in advance at www.eddysbites.com and picked up during your visit. Private coaching sessions with The Mindful Canine can also be booked directly at www.themindfulcanine.ca. Forest Shore 10-Acre Private Dog Park in Jordan Ferry

We welcome you to Nova Scotia's South Shore & Forest! We are situated on 15 acres with 800 feet of oceanfront on Jordan Bay. There are approximately 10 acres you may explore to your hearts' content! IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Some of our forest is untouched, some has trails, and there is to access a mostly rocky shoreline. On low tide, our shore surprises us with some sand, as well. With more trees than you can shake a stick at, we also have running streams throughout the property headed to our shore, depending on the season. A couple run out to the shoreline as waterfalls. We are constantly working on clearing more trails for your ongoing enjoyment.

Sweetwood Farm Sanctuary Doggy Pasture

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Beautiful farm sanctuary & rescue conveniently located yet immersed entirely in nature. Our large fenced field pasture is available for single and small group dog exercising with advanced booking (only). A great field for running and training. Times are generally early in the morning only. On site farm shop (drinks, snacks and other items for sale in season) and washroom. Garbage can provided for poop scooping (bags not provided).
