The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. A green post will mark the entry of the driveway, just like in the photo. The designated dog area is fully fenced. Once on the property, you can close the gate to enclose the space entirely. Once you have passed the gate, please park to the right in the field along the fence line anywhere you like. The home at the back of the property is currently a home rental we own and not part of the available roaming space. There could be people around the home. While it may be visible, it is separated by a tree line. We live off-site in Clermont. You're welcome to explore the entire property, other than the area where the house is located. There is a large open field with a pond, and the side of the property to the right after entering also has some trails available. The map provided outlines the designated area for roaming. Please note that our neighbors may occasionally have horses on their adjacent properties. Additionally, while rare, a small alligator has been spotted in the ponds. So be mindful.

Come let your dog run and play on this mostly fenced big yard. All fenced except for front gates (but can be closed for your visit). Chase squirrels, smell foxes and other wild animal scents. (We see owls and foxes at night!). Great place to run off some energy!

My yard is it in a residential area with a homeowners association approval you will love my yard. Cannot do this without homeowners association approval! I do not have homeowners insurance, so any damage to the humans or the dogs is on you people! My driveway and the street is only place for people to park and it’s a limited time! Parking in the street is against the law here but the homeowners association allows it for a short period of time.

There is beautiful flowers all over to smell and see, access to water and sprinkles, hills and room to roam and plenty of sticks to play fetch with. I’m the fall, plenty of leaves to run through. Pic Nic table for fury kids parents and a fire place to use. Lots of to plan for the day. Kids welcome.

We have five acres with a partial fence, a pond which is big enough for swimming, and a fire pit.

5 acres of partially cleared and wooded land with a shallow and deep pond fully stocked with brim, cane pole and kid fishing is allowed, there are turkeys, guineas and chickens on site that can be caged. All drinks are acceptable and smoking friendly. There is a bathroom with outside access along with water hoses and outlets/extension cords. If you have your own training device you’d like to bring and set up we can work out half day or full day rates. This property is great for SAR training
