We're so excited to welcome you to our 12-acre property! Nestled amidst the woods, with a charming creek as a centerpiece, we offer a unique and tranquil getaway. To best enjoy your visit, here's some information about accessing the property: **Parking and Access:** There are two convenient parking options. You can park at the gated entrance on the front of the property, where most of the open acreage is located (primarily on the left as you drive in). Alternatively, if you let us know in advance, we can arrange for our dog to be inside, allowing you to park closer to the horse trailer. From either parking spot, a pleasant ten-minute trail walk leads to the creek and the main part of the wooded acreage. The trail begins behind the house and is clearly marked. **Fire Pit Area:** We have a delightful fire pit area available for your use. To ensure everyone can enjoy this amenity, please obtain prior approval and provide your own firewood. Remember to completely extinguish the fire and clean up any debris after use. Three comfortable chairs surround the fire pit, and solar-powered string lights automatically illuminate the space for a cozy ambiance in the evening. **Fresh Eggs:** We’re proud to offer fresh, free-range chicken eggs (no rooster!). These eggs are unwashed to preserve their natural goodness. If you’d like to purchase some, please let us know the quantity (half-dozen or dozen) and give us sufficient notice. We know that not all dogs like the public dog parks. We also, do not think they are safe due to irresponsible owners. We have 3 acres fully fenced for your dogs to roam, sniff and get that much needed exercise! We have some nice shaded areas with a kiddie pool available during the summer. Covered area with chairs and a shaded area with a picnic table for pawrents. Toys and bags available for use as needed! Water is available so please keep your pet hydrated!

Hello! We have a fully-fenced yard on an incline hill with 3,000 sq ft. of beautiful fescue grass. We have a sitting area for owners and playground equipment for kids. Though we are new to the community, we are eager to begin adding fun amenities for pups and cannot wait to help them get those wiggles out at our spacious home yard!

No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play. Enjoy the swing while your pups run and play. Dog bowls up by the garage doors. Newly-planted sod, so please keep your pups from diggin'! There is a wooden rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. Pls put back! There are security cameras monitoring the driveway and gate into the property for your protection. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. Poop bags & balls provided. We love it here, and we hope you do too. We do have an area to set up a hammock We personally have 7 dogs and a cat, so willing to work with specific requests depending on what it is. We do have cameras in the front and back of the house for safety as well.
