It was the perfect place for me and my pup! The grass is manicured in most areas. There is a stream for the pup to traipse in and wooded area as well as open field. The host was also great

Awesome! Lab tested and approved!!! We unfortunately did not find the pond and dock but made up for it by finding every other body of water. He loved zooming full speed through the fields and in the woods. Would probably book 2 hours next time so don't have to worry about time getting back to car.

Ari was so kind and showed us around even tho my dog was being wild and excited. The trails were gorgeous and safe for us and our pup. There is open field, a walkable creek, and wooded trails. More than enough space to leave a respectful amount of room between our adventures and his homestead. I usually write up any potential triggers we encounter so that future reactive dog owners can judge the safety of the spot for their pup but we didn’t run into anything at all. No people, no noise, no dogs or animals in view (as long as you avoid the house). Just pay attention to the instructions about how to avoid his animals, it was super easy on 70 acres! Maybe my favorite Sniffspot ever, we will definitely be back!

Great, large area for my dog to run and explore! The creek was nice for him to cool off as well as the pond. This is a gem to find near me, Hank loves to explore so a larger area works.

Beautiful property! I stayed be the stream the whole time it felt very safe and secluded. The stream was clean and full of trout. No muddy dogs in the car! I’ll be making this spot a regular outing for me and my 2 Shepherds.

This place is beautiful and a wonderful spot for our dog to explore! The entrance is clearly marked and the host was helpful with instructions. There’s a creek, trails, and woods for the dogs to explore. It’s quiet and we didn’t see other animals or people (except for a deer, which our dog loved). We absolutely will be back!

Beautiful property with plenty of different terrain for my new German short hair puppy to explore. With natural borders on 3/4 of the property made it excellent to keep puppy contained for training. Property owner was very informative and delightful. Appreciate the opportunity and will be back this weekend
