We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy! Trails, a pond, creek, seating areas for relaxing , swings if children come along. There is truly something for everyone! *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. We can’t wait for you all to visit! And please do not hesitate to contact with any questions or if any assistance is needed! We do sell our chicken eggs- if you are interested please don’t hesitate to ask!

We no longer have goats. 8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. Field is currently completely cut. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it happens right in front of you. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Just for your information. This “farmette” is in a neighborhood so there may be other dogs in other peoples yards that you might hear. We also have a family dog that might be visible occasionally in our own private yard, far away and totally separate from the Sniffspot. If your pet is very sensitive and can’t deal with even the site of and or hearing another animal, unfortunately this is not the spot for you. Finally, we are a community of pet lovers and we all pull together and support each other positively . If you have any issues at all, please reach out to me and I will make it right . We have received 1 out of 100 less than stellar review left simply because our family dog was let out in our front yard totally separate from the Sniffspot for five minutes and I just don’t want there to be any other negative experiences. Welcome to The AmericanK9 Dog Ranch! Our huge field is fully fenced in! We have a wide variety of amenities for our guests as well! We have water on site in the field, poop stations in the field and parking lot, bathroom on site and amazing views. We also provide some toys too! This is truly a dog’s paradise! Very relaxed atmosphere minimal traffic yard is a little over an acre three quarters of the way fenced in but will be fencing at least the back half of the property the rest of the way in with a gate. I'm currently still cleaning the property up and making it more scenic and more comfortable for all walks of life. Bear with me on Wi-Fi I am setting up my guest network now as we speak be a mobile hotspot basically. There is TV seating in my office in my garage you can also sit in the garage where it's cool plenty of fans and if you need mechanic work done on a on a whim I'm your man. I have a chocolate lab and two cats that can be put away if need be one inside cat one outside cat. Neighbors behind me have farm animals but they're all fenced in neighbors to the left of me have a German Shepherd but is mostly inside and unfortunately on a shock collar. Neighbors in front of me one has a dog a boxer that is only out first thing in the morning and in the evening when he gets home from work and that's it other neighbor in front of me does not own any animals. You can also go for a private walk and enjoy the country air we'll be making it more convenient and comfortable as time goes on I'm just starting thank you.

Large 2 acre field for off leash play, only with strong recall, or long line play. There is also a boat ramp that dogs can use if they want to take a dip in the water, use at your own risk. Great spot for fetch or sniffs from the deer who sleep there!

There are even a few stumps in the yard that my dogs love to dig around, so I’ve left them as natural play areas for now. As the proud owner of two energetic Jack Russells and a lively Weimaraner, I’ve designed this space with active dogs in mind. It’s perfect for running, playing, and just being a dog! Plus, the yard is completely private for your use on weekends, as my dogs and I are away during that time. Our floating patio is a great spot to relax, featuring a table with four chairs and an umbrella. Large trees provide refreshing shade during the warmer months, and there are two additional chairs and a small loveseat for even more lounging. In the summer, we go the extra mile by adding fun extras like a puppy pool to keep your furry friends cool and happy! Amenities: - Bottled water and poop bags are always included. - We’re a smoke-free yard. If you need to smoke, please do so near your car and dispose of waste in the trash can. Seating Options: - 4 chairs on the floating deck. - 2 chairs and a loveseat in the yard. - 5 chairs around the firepit. We also have a trampoline and a swing for extra fun! Parking: Our driveway can fit 10+ vehicles, with additional field parking available. If parking in the driveway, please pull in far enough to allow others to enter or exit easily. We can’t wait to host you and your pup in this safe and spacious space!

Hello! We are 2 dog lovers looking to share our spot with you! We have 2 of our own dogs(both females) who love our big back yard and we hope your dog will too! Our dogs will be kept inside at all times while you are there. (You may hear them barking when you first arrive). -There is a hose and water bowl for your use, along with some dog ropes, balls, and bones. *We ask you to please pick up after your pet and keep our yard clean! All natural grass kept cut fairly short. No fertilizers or chemicals ever applied to land, just natural field grass/weeds. Large space with some shade along either wood line.

The site is an easily accessible location at the corner of busy road, a local landmark and ideal travel break location.Parking is on the shoulder and area is under 24 hour video protection in addition to methods.
