One Dog One World: Unleash Compassion
The agility yard is a great way to give your pet physical and mental enrichment while strengthening the bond between you.
Safety is paramount, so you’ll find our Agility Yard enclosed by a four-foot fence. However, if your dog happens to be an enthusiastic jumper, we recommend visiting the Athens Bunker Hill Dog Park, offering an open and adequately fenced space to accommodate their energy.
While enjoying the Agility Yard, please note that there’s a road nearby. For your pet’s safety and the safety of others, keep your pet leashed when entering and exiting the yard. The road sees regular foot traffic, with people walking, dog-walking, and cycling. Passersby may pause to admire your training efforts.
Respect for the environment is crucial—remember to CLEAN UP after your pet. Doggie bags are conveniently available on the fence, and you can dispose of waste in our designated garbage receptacle. If your pet happens to dig, please fill in any holes they create.
To ensure everyone’s safety, please refrain from using any of the equipment; it’s exclusively for animals.
We also emphasize the importance of gentle training methods—excessive force will not be tolerated. Most pets are eager learners, so patience is key.
If you’re interested in learning effective training techniques, feel free to reach out for a quick lesson based on my experience with my own dogs.
Above all, make training a positive and enjoyable experience for both you and your pet.
Visiting our agility yard is a direct contribution to our nonprofit One Dog One World's mission. We sincerely appreciate your support.
