Wonderful safely enclosed space for dogs to run and play. My two had a blast running around the wide open yard and were constantly finding new smells. Tim was very friendly and accommodating for my dog reactive dog. He provided water and treats as well as a few toys and lots of tennis balls! It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend! We will be returning for sure.

The property was perfect! Everything was clean. The owner was gracious & loving towards my dogs. They ran, they played ball, the were given fresh water consistently. I felt perfectly at home & so did my dog. These 2 dobies will be regulars!

Only problem....there's not enough STARS to give to this spot!!! Tim was a PERFECT Host and the property was excellent! He will offer/request that you drive your vehicle right through the double gates off the side dirt road so you never even need to leash your dog--/just open the car door.

My dog Zona had a great time exploring Justin's backyard. Everything was very clean and taken care of, the fence was secure, and directions were easy to follow. I do recommend some bug spray but that didn't keep us from running around to get some energy out! Will be back for sure.

We loved our visit to Justin's yard. There was plenty of space for the dogs to run around and play. The majority of the yard is shaded thanks to the tall trees and the chairs/table under the deck gave us somewhere to sit and stay cool. Can't wait to come back soon!

Very nice, large, and well maintained yard. Plenty of shade trees. Our dogs had a blast sniffing, chasing, and wrestling. Nice secure fence. As others mentioned, bring bug spray for mosquitoes. Also, don’t forget water.

Super spacious yard and nice neighborhood to walk my pup in pafterwards. Very quiet when we went and nice patio to sit down on. Only downside are the bugs so bring bug spray!

I loved the space it was more than enough for three dogs. I loved that he mentioned that no water would be available so I brought some. The area was clean, grass was short, and a trash can was available for the poop. I love this place. I’ll be coming back.

We had a great time - lots of space to run, sniff, and enjoy the great weather! The yard was very clean, secure, and fairly quiet. It was a little buggy (like most of the Northern Virginia area) but nothing a little repellant couldn’t resolve. Our dog had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed herself!
