For every in person visit, I will budget 30 minutes of land clearing and amenity creation. For every friend group that visits, I will budget 1 hour of pond building and stream reclamation. Quarter acre fenced yard at an old farm house nestled in Leander under 100 year old live oak trees. Plenty of shaded seating for guests and fenced area for dogs to run, play and explore.

Horse pasture with worn trails, trees, rocks and grassy inclines down to a clump of tall cedar trees. Horses are friendly so you can pet them too but no climbing on or chasing them.

This half an acre property is gently sloping to 140 feet of Lake LBJ waterfront. It is fully fenced except for the waterfront portion. Dogs love sniffing all of the nooks and crannies, they enjoy zooming around the giant yard and then (some) will cool off in the water. There is a ramp at the water so pups can go in as much or as little as they want. It’s a great way to introduce water play to your dog. Water-loving dogs will have a blast swimming and fetching in this quiet cove with it’s No Wake Zone.

Pretty straightforward flat lawn. If you want us to fill the dog pool let us know. There are dogs adjacent, but the fence keeps them out of the yard (with limited visibility). Lawn is serviced by pest control to bugs minimized. We can provide toys, water, and cheese treats if needed.

This space is approximately 7 fenced acres. It is mostly a flat, open space with tall grass. I keep a walking trail mowed around the perimeter of the space.

Let your fur baby come run and play at our 0.5 acre beautiful dog park!! It's nestled in the Colored District of Pflugerville. There's a Hispanic and African American cemetery you will pass to enter the property. The field's trees are along the edges so you can see your dog almost across the whole property. There's a 2 car carport and house on the property. Also there are a few trails the animals use along the fence which are seen when the grass gets higher. There is a firepit, parkours and the main attraction is the huge field. Dog walkers, reactive dogs and/or doggie dates are perfect for the spot. The smells, the sniffs and occasional chase of small animals will keep the dogs attention all in a safe controlled environment. I try to keep debris off the spot. I'm always fixing the fence. My main focus for the visitors is please pick up after your dog. There's plenty of bags and a huge green trashcan to put it in. I just added a swung which I'd next to some trees so yall can relax in the shade and not in the grass. There's a green trash can where the doggie poo goes. Attached to that are the poo bags in a clear plastic bag. Next to the green trash can is a rusty metal chair. In that chair are toys, tennis balls, doggie bowls and more. The water hose is on top of a 55 gallon Grey tank, which is close to the house. This tank is less than 8 feet away from the proper gate facing north, which is next to the outdoor water source. Now offering 30 minute time slots because of the heat. RVers are welcome.
