While our property reserved for dogs is just over 1/2 and acre- the fence is currently in he process to be expanded to offer shade and more flat terrain as our fenced area is on a slant. Summer's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Richland

Fully fenced back yard! Entrance gate is at the front of the house to the left. Fence is 6’ along half the front, one side, and along the back. Rest of fence is 4’ along the other side and front of house. The yard is half grass and half concrete patio. In the summer/fall there are persimmon, pear, plum, jujube, and cherry trees to pick from! In our space you’ll have access to two goodie baskets, one for the people and one for the pups. The people basket has hats, gloves, and blankets (in the winter months), snacks, water bottles, hand sanitizer, and dog bags. The pup basket has a couple treat options, a clean water pitcher to refill their bowl, a towel to dry them off, some toys and a brush and nail clippers. You’re more than welcome to bring your own toys and equipment as well! All towels, stuffed toys, gloves, hats, and blankets are washed in hot water and run through a sanitize cycle after each visit, regardless of use. They’re squeaky clean and safe for you to use! There’s seating on the patio and a fire pit available if requested. Please use the pooper scooper/dog bags and garbage can to clean up after your dog before you leave. We hope you enjoy our space!

Our dog loves this place so much. As a reactive dog, finding a private place to play is crucial. This SniffSpot is private, easy to access (excellent signage pointing to the entrance, parking etc), clean, accommodating, and has lovely surroundings. It’s a nice escape from the city for us humans, too! Our dog had the best time today. We really appreciated the available water and trash can. The fence has been updated to make it even more secure. Enjoy the lovely sounds of chirping birds (and occasional rooster crows), and beautiful Cougar and Squak Mountain Views. Highly recommend a morning visit - it’s a wonderful way to start the day.

My 2 1/2 year-old terrier Skip and I visited Fletcher Farm. It was a lovely space for him to be able to run and listen to a few barking dogs in neighboring properties. But at a safe distance. Lots of good smells. The fencing was secure, even for my 17 pounder. The ground was clean, and there were lots of things offered– water, bowls, toys, poop bags. We really enjoyed our visit and will be back.

This was our first visit to a sniff spot and Hagrid had a great time. I appreciated the supplies and the clear directions. It was pretty and there was a nice seat to sit and relax while Hagrid ran around.

I have two very happy tired pups! Not only is Fletcher Farm beautiful, the space is maintained very well. I really appreciated knowing the toys and water bowl were clean and I didn't have to worry about cross contamination from other doggies. The icy cold water was much appreciated by both my girls. Nice and clean fully fenced field in a beautiful farm area. My 1 year old Golden had a great time running back and forth with his best friend. The hosts provide a bin of toys and some water bowls with fresh water dispenser. A very organized cleaning station makes it easy to clean up toys and bowls that were used leaving them ready to go for the next pup. We would love to come back soon!

I run a small, mobile doggy day camp and this is one of our favorite spots! It's spacious (I took 12 dogs on my last visit), very secure, has Chuck-its and balls at no extra cost, has water and clean bowls (with instructions to use the soap and scrub brush after use). If you have a dog or dogs that need a secure, quiet place to run and/or chase a ball, Fletcher Farms is it.

Lots of space, toy bin and fresh water. Beautiful scenery and the pups enjoyed it. There is some larger chunks of wood so be careful if your pups have sensitive feet. Our do but we spent our time in the back where it’s nice and green. Pups loved it

Fantastic Sniffspot! I don't own a dog but my parents' dogs are being boarded at my clinic where they don't get time together or have anywhere to play. Booked an hour at Fletcher Farm and the dogs had a BLAST. Even afternall the rain, it wasn't muddy - good mix of bark and grass. Lots of toys and water available, with soap and a scrubber so you can clean everything before and after use. Fencing all looked in great condition, very secure. Thank you so much to the owners for providing the perfect place to let them stretch their legs and play together!
