3 acres of private farmland! Fenced all the way around! Great water views as you can see from drone pics. Front part of property is a wedding venue, very picturesque! No children under 10 allowed. This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. Sorry. Private off road parking for 1-10 vehicles. I do live on the property and occasionally will need to come in or out of my barn, I will communicate with you as best I can. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day. We have a fully fenced in backyard, which is completely cut clean once a week. (Along with daily cleaning) I was once a Germans Shepherd trainer, and my dogs are great with socializing with other dogs, big or small. All animals are invited inside and over night is available!
