Large fenced in natural area in a very peaceful neighborhood. Lots of shade in summer. Half lawn and half wooded areas for lots of sniff exploring. Please park on the right side of gravel driveway, located on Grove Court. Walk across front yard or follow path at the top of the driveway. The fenced in area is in the front yard just passed the brown house. There are table and chairs for our guests to be comfortable.

No bells and whistles unfortunately, but if you need a grass fenced yard to run with your baby and maybe play ball then here you go! Quiet neighborhood with a fence that my dogs have never gotten past, so hopefully yours wont either!

Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water and bowl/container. Hope to have you for a visit soon! While enjoying the Agility Yard, please note that there’s a road nearby. For your pet’s safety and the safety of others, keep your pet leashed when entering and exiting the yard. The road sees regular foot traffic, with people walking, dog-walking, and cycling. Passersby may pause to admire your training efforts. Respect for the environment is crucial—remember to CLEAN UP after your pet. Doggie bags are conveniently available on the fence, and you can dispose of waste in our designated garbage receptacle. If your pet happens to dig, please fill in any holes they create. To ensure everyone’s safety, please refrain from using any of the equipment; it’s exclusively for animals. We also emphasize the importance of gentle training methods—excessive force will not be tolerated. Most pets are eager learners, so patience is key. Bottomless Smells. 100 acre farm. Lots of space for your doggos and you to roam. It is a rustic magical place. Parking is far from the street down a gravel driveway. Safe for your pup and you to get out of the car. You can park anywhere. If you feel comfortable you can drive down to the lower field to get even further away from the road. I live down the street while I am fixing up the old house. So, there maybe someone at work in the house. Once you park, the best walking is down to the creek. Go to the lower field and look for the opening in the woods. 150yards from field is the creek. On a hot day, wear good creek shoes and walk up and down creek. If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy this great property.
