Completely surrounded by woods peacefully area. Unfenced but we do have a medium size kennel for use if wanted or needed. We do have fire pits you are more than welcomed to use also.

I have a long grass area where your dog can run freely. The yard is not fenced so I would recommend dogs that listen well. At the end of the grass is a tree area after that is a river. Your dog can play in the river. ( Please be cautious in the winter.) The left side of the yard has a wooded area. The right side has a warehouse so occasionally there’s people over there. On a dead-end road so not a lot of traffic.

The beach offers a sandy area perfect for chasing balls and sticks. Take a dip in the cool Schroon River and feel free to walk up the river’s edge and explore the riverbank. Shoes recommended. Overnight camping available upon request and availability.

I recommend you bring some insect repellent. All dogs are required to have proof of up to date vaccination appropriate for the dogs age. Only dogs allowed in the pond , no humans please. Price is $15 per hr for 1st dog , $10 each additional dog .
