This is a very big back yard large part pavers, large portion turf, and other dirt/ long crass vegetation. This big yard has a door that leads to the hiking trail of Whiting Ranch (I am not responsible for if you chose to go out there) but it is beautiful trail I take my dogs and kids on. At least once a month we see deer out there. On A clear day you can see to ocean, Catalina, and Long Beach. Great space for the dogs and the owners. You both will enjoy this yard just like me and my dogs do also. In summer can put out small kiddy pool and sprinkler for dogs to run through. Comfortable table and chairs. Huge balcony for shade and cover.

There is street sweeping every 2nd and 4th Wednesday between 8:00 am - 9:00 am. Follow the trail and enter through the white gate on the right side of the house. Enjoy the immaculate, beautiful landscape in the backyard as your pups, big or small, play on the grass, completely fenced and safe, with lots of spots to sniff and explore. Relax under a shaded wood patio cover with a built-in fan and listen to the calming sounds of the water fountains. There is a poop bag dispenser mounted against the wall in case you run out or forget to bring your own. Also, we have hand sanitizer available. We have trash cans right around the corner for you to dispose of any waste. We have an outdoor water bowl in case your pups get thirsty and a garden hose to replenish the bowl. Feel free to use the outdoor table, umbrella canopy, and lounge chair for your leisure. We provide WIFI! Please let us know in advance if you need to use it. Return outdoor furniture to its original place with the covers on. Towards the evening, you can sit around and enjoy the built-in fire pit. There is an electrical outlet on the side of the fire pit. My own lovies have an updated yard far from the SniffSpot area and I even have cameras on them 24/7 for your safety and security. Your visits will continue to be safe and secure, which is our top priority. They unintentionally met two visitors back in December, but I found their escape route and updated their fencing. Please continue to visit!! We love having you. **UPDATE 12/29/24** This SniffSpot will be open and available for bookings again beginning 1/1/25!! Thank you for your patience as we block off a few days to update the resident dogs enclosure. They have been unexpected greeters for a couple of guests and our top priority is safety. I will not reopen until I know it's secure. Thank you again!!! We very much value and enjoy your visits and have lots of fun upgrades to look forward to!! **UPDATE 11/24/24** We have added a wash/wipe down station for those muddy paws! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! Hello! Thanks for looking at our family’s home. I do overnight doggie sitting and every client always says wow you’ve got a great yard! So i figured people may like to use it for their pups to play hourly. I will keep my 3 small doggies and others I may be sitting inside while you are visiting :) There is partial shade, chairs, swing set and trampoline. Message about any blocked evenings to book. Amazing Sunsets! 1/2 acre manicured grass field on horse facility and farm. Water is outside of the field at the blue bucket. Feel free to dump the small metal pan to be sure no cross contamination with wildlife or other dogs. Field gates are “pasture style” they have a rubber loop on the bottom that the wood slides into and a rubber hook at the top to hold the top of the wood or bailing twine closure. **Foxtails seasonal present in parking area and along fence lines until removal and mulch spreading. Field is clear of most foxtails. Feel free to pull out any random foxtail grass that rears it’s ugly head.** **Please no interacting or touching the horses or other animals** **dogs on leash until all gates are closed and dog is secured on the field** **electric fence surround the horses** Contact for any questions or concerns! Separate gate entrance to the property and separate parking area from the rest of the ranch. Very private and peaceful area. Closed always Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings.

I have a small/medium full concrete patio I’d like to share with others. It is fully enclosed with a pergola, table with 6 chairs, 1 lounge chair, dog toys, snacks and a kiddie pool for when it’s hot. Perfect for a small dog or not too active large dog.
