Want your pup to run freely in a safe place and full of love? Looking for a new space to let your dog explore and wander? Enjoy time in our yard. It's the perfect place for dogs to run and explore safely. Your dog(s) will be the only one(s) so please be respectful of being on time in case the dog visiting before you has challenges with other dogs. We will make you aware if that's the case so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience. Park in the driveway close to the fence. Open the gate and enjoy! There's a hose, water bowl, chuck it and two balls. If we haven't put them out, feel free to open the container for seat cushions for the deck chairs. We want you and your dog to be comfortable and peaceful. The black trash bin closest to the garage is the spot for dog bags. We try to keep a sniff spot sign on it but it often comes off. If there are special needs for you or your dog, please let us know.

We have a great fenced in yard available for your dog/dogs to run and play. Our two labradors love it. We have a water feature that dogs love to splash in. Drinking water and bowl provided for dogs.

That’s why, despite our overwhelming growth in popularity over the past year, we pledge to all our visitors that we won’t raise the price above $10. This is a very large fenced yard behind a single family home close to the end of a cul de sac. Back of yard is up against a small stream and a tree line. There is a small grassy trench that runs part of the yard so be careful if running with your dog! I am about 1.5 miles from route 283 so if you are traveling and need a sniff spot, I am right here! I just added a very basic wash station.

An almost 1/2? acre fully fenced in area RIGHT NEXT TO 3000 acres of state park. You will feel like you are IN the forest. We are actually in EVANSBURG, which is on the Eagleville side of the Collegeville bridge. WE HAVE NOT USED ANY CHEMICALS on our yard for over 16 years. This SniffSpot is 0.5 acres fully fenced with two gate access points to the back yard. Once in the backyard pup pad, your dog/s can play and romp until their heart’s content! I volunteer for a rescue and often bring dogs home for pup playdates to get them some sun and exercise and socialization, and all of the dogs have thoroughly enjoyed the yard; we hope you enjoy the space and find it peaceful and welcoming…visit for an ulti-mutt good time!❤️🐾☀️
