Secluded wooded and grassy 14 acres with a section fenced. Come walk one of the 4 trails or enjoy the fenced play area, or walk the long driveway and loop. Take a breather and relax on the bench or rock near the waterfall pond. Or go on hike on back acres on your own adventure and let your dogs have fun playing in the large creeks. I have 3 dogs, but they are kept inside so enjoy the property without any other animal interference. You may hear barking if near house, but no worries, they can't get out. This is a large private field that is tucked just a short distance from downtown Hendersonville one block from the Hendersonville Community Co-op and not far from Flat Rock! This spot Less than 10 minutes from Exit 53 on I-26! Making it the perfect place to stretch your legs before traveling on! It has everything you need: - Flat- though the ground is uneven - Drive in access so you can park inside the 12" gate into the fenced area with your pets and close the gate behind you - A custom built gazebo for shelter from the sun and rain - No drive by traffic - No people walking by - Full view of your pet while they run and play! - Games for people and dogs are already onsite! - However, Please remember extra water for you and your pets. I am passionate about helping dogs and this is my fourth Sniffspot and I will do all I can to make this one just as enjoyable for the responsible pet owners closer to Henderson County!

Welcome to Lucy’s half acre private dog park where you, your family, friends and furry companions can run, play, explore, exercise, relax, and even have a picnic. It’s a great and safe place to be with your loved ones. The park is securely fenced and private. There are trees, a shade sail canopy and a nice area covered shelter with a roof and fan to get away from the elements. We provide chairs, hammocks, a glider, a picnic table, kids play equipment, dog toys, water, etc. The park has a slope which can provide a great way for you and your pup to exercise. A nice big area for your pooch to dig is available as well as plenty of spots for your dog to roam and explore. Some areas are uneven and hilly which adds to the fun of exploring. Come and enjoy our secluded private oasis. We hope you will love it as much as we do.

With a 3 acre pond and 3 acres of open space, you’ve got plenty of room for swimming, nose work, ball, or just a good run. Surrounded by woods, this private property is set about a half mile off the road in view of Glassy Mountain. Get some one-on-one time with your very best friend and enjoy the serenity of nature.  Please stay off of the docks until we had a chance to repair them.

Multiple large, grassy, fully fenced dog pastures; 4.5' high fencing. Fully fenced obedience training ring with gates, broadjumps, highjumps, and bar jump. Trails to lazy creek and around perimeter of property. Kennels, cover, chairs and fans available for use in pole barn. If you enjoy walking with your doggo(s) outside of fenced areas- there is a good bit to explore on our property. We hope you come and enjoy!

We've removed a couple of tiny houses but otherwise it is as as depicted in the video. With slight changes based on season. We have 9.5 acres of pristine mountain glory We have a large unfenced Field, Shallow Creek with some small waterfalls, a spring that feeds a tiny pond, a large cleared Homesite that's away from the road moderate to difficult trails and beautiful views. The trails are moderate until you come to the areas that we had landslides, at which point, you can turn around or enjoy the difficulty it presents. Sometimes I or other guests may be on property. If you don't want any other dogs present while you're here, please confirm by text ahead of your reservation time. Thanks so much! We look forward to sharing our sweet space with you. We do not have any trash service. Please do not leave any trash of any version on property including plastic wrapped poop... you'd think that would go without saying...but experience shows it must be said.🙄 All of your activities while on property are at your own risk. We are currently overwhelmed with debris from the hurricane and recent storms. Most of the debris has to be temporarily staged in the area that is a portion of the SniffSpot area. If you would like to bring your pup to roam and play in the creek on a hot day, please message me first and I will check the clean-up schedule. Please understand we welcome you but the grassy field is not currently up to our standards. This beautiful open space is beside a bubbling creek wtih both sun and shade options. Across the property you will find digging spots (please fill all hoes) mud, grassy areas and plenty of space to explore. There is a water hose to rinse your dog and limited seating at this time. Please check back often as we are in the process of improving the space with additional seating, an agility course, wash station and more.

Riverside is a serene spot nestled along the scenic French Broad River. 2 acres with woods. All fenced in. As time goes I will add toys, pool, and obstacles. In the country...ish, so sometimes there are gun shots(not all the time) mostly on weekends.

We have over an acre, fully fenced. Pull right up to the marked gate by the out building and go right in. Tall trees provide shade and there is seating. Our dog Oliver shares his toys and we keep a doggy waste station available for easy cleanup. We live in the house on the property with our 3 dogs but want to share our spacious yard with others. Welcome to a secret pocket park in a quiet residential neighborhood of Asheville. Enjoy quiet views of neighboring ridges in the shade of mature maple trees. Lots of fun smells and space for you and your dogs to run around.

We have a half acre, fully fenced, safe environment for your play time. A few toys, fresh water bowls, poo bags and a trash can are all provided. Plenty of chairs for the dog moms and dads to relax.

We are on a corner lot. Please do not park in front of the house! Pull around the side and park toward the back of the lot. You can pull partially off the road into the natural bed along the street! Feel free to use the grassy back yard or use the bridge over the small creek to get to the large natural area beside the big creek! Make yourselves at home and enjoy the beautiful space! There are chairs near 2 fire pits that you are welcome to use.
