We have 2 GSDs and an Aussie and all of them LOVED running around the spacious yard & playing ball. Hostess was super nice and made sure we were comfortable. Will return for sure!

Abby Road was perfect for our dogs. Nice big area for them to run. There is a pony and pig in the back corner (fenced off). Luckily they were completely non reactive to our dogs barking at them so our dogs lost interest in them :)) Well fenced. Had a water bowl for the dogs and toys to play with. Had a table and 2 chairs for us to sit. Lots of trees so in the summertime there would be lots of shade.

Love this spot! Karen and her husband were so nice and accommodating. Tater Tot had so much space to run around and even got to play with Teddie! The seating area was shady and perfect for hanging out. I appreciate having access to a water hose to rinse off my pup too. We will definitely return!

Wonderful spot! Tons of room to spread out. Lots of places for our dogs to explore. A great time was had by all!! Karen met us on arrival with cold bottled water. We all enjoyed our evening so much!!

Our senior rescue, Milosh, wants everybody to know that this place is absolutely THE BESTEST!!! Milosh says: “There are 4,784,799 things to sniff, 586 amazing spots to pee, endless choices of poopie areas, a doggie pool to cool your doggo derriere, trees that provide shade, a water hose so your hooman can hose you down and then you can roll around and attach things on the ground to your fur, squirrels to bark at, and there’s nothing that your hooman will look at and say ‘No no! Don’t touch that!’ YOU CAN GO EVERYWHERE AND TOUCH ALL THE THINGS!! And the lady Karen is SO nice!! She loves dogs and pet me so much and said I was the best boy ever!” I must agree with Milosh, 100%. He was able to enjoy himself with no worries and just be a dog. This place is a MUST for any dog of any age. They have every amenity you would need and are just beyond friendly. ❤️

Beautiful huge "back yard". Trees, shade, bug spray, a hose and lots of room for the dogs to smell around. Karen and her husband were incredibly kind and friendly. I'll return for sure!

55We came back today and brought Milosh again, along with his sister, Perry Sue! She is quite younger than Milosh so was over the moon happy that she had a place to practice her zoomies on a much larger scale! Perry Sue had this to say about her visit to Teddie’s Happy Acre: “Mom kept telling me ALLLL the way there that we were NOT going to the vet and I did not believe her and then we got there and she opened the fence and took my leash off and I ran so hard that I did my fastest zoomie ever and then I pooped and realized I could poop in soooo many places and then I saw a billion trees and some super tall flowers and there was a big red barn and I kept running because I had to sniff all the things immediately and then the nice lady came out so I had to tell her about everything I saw but all my words came out so fast it sounded like BARK BARK BARK BARK but she said I was a good girl anyways and I went off to poop again in a new spot and Milosh showed me all the places he peed before so I peed there too and then I found a big tub of water and tried to drink it all then Milosh came and put his whole giant body IN the tub so I went and ran some more and then puked up the water and laid in the shade. Mommy gave me extra treats because it was her birthday and fell asleep in the car and farted all the way home. I really liked it there and want to go back!” Milosh is exhausted again from his visit and says “Yes, what Perry Sue said. Woof.” Karen, you are amazing and thank you SO much for making my birthday morning PERFECTION!! ❤️ We’ll be back! 🙌🥰Jey L.

Once again, a perfect outing! We brought one of our dogs that has not been here before along with one of our dogs that has and these two sisters wore themselves OUT! They are both high energy dogs and they were passed out after 50 minutes - but that is what happens when you have a MILLION things to explore and sniff!! (And it expends a lot of energy checking on Karen’s husband to make sure he is fixing the hose correctly! 💁🏼‍♀️😆) Perry Sue and Ripley had a wonderful visit and so did their hoomans - turns out my husband and Karen went to the same high school for a year. Small world! Perfect hosts and perfect SniffSpot, we won’t go anywhere else. 🥰

Our foster dog Ark loved it here. Our foster was a little uneasy with the new location and Karen was very understanding and gave him the space he needed. This is a great place for dogs who don’t do well with new environments. Ark was completely worn out when we left.

10000/10 🥺 Karen made us feel so welcomed, Natasha was in HEAVEN. We had everything we needed to have THE PERFECT SUNDAY MORNING. HUGE backyard that is well taken care of, she had the hose ready for me so I was able to clean her a little bit before heading out, kiddie pool was a fantastic addition and super safe. Worth the drive ! Can’t wait to go back 🫶🏽
