The yard is fully fenced with a locking gate. There is a lawn area, mulch area with a garden, and a gravel area. There are 2 seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), and a hammock. There is a small waterfall with fresh untreated water that dogs like to wade through and drink from (the catch pond is a bit too small for swimming, though). There is a hose and sprinkler available. It's ideal for small or medium dogs (although friends with large golden doodles and our late German Shepherd had plenty of room to chase a ball and do their zoomies)!

PRICING CHANGE: As of AUGUST 3 pricing will increase to accommodate maintenance of pool water and the yard. Since there are more and more reservations being made, the pool water will need more product to stay in good condition for all bookings as well as the yard. IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD. My yard is easily accessible. I have a small dog as well and she goes crazy in the yard. It’s space is very decent. And we have a pool if your dog loves the water. The yard can fit many dogs at once or if you wish to have the yard for yourself thats okay too. All are welcome. Peaceful neighbourhood right down the street from the river (if you wanted to go for a leashed walk before or after). Parc intérieur et zone boisée : Notre cour est entièrement clôturée et comprend à la fois un parc intérieur et une section boisée. Votre chien peut explorer et jouer en toute sécurité dans ces espaces dédiés. Dans la zone boisée, votre chien a même le droit de creuser parmi les feuilles et les branches au sol. Vaccins à jour : Pour la sécurité de tous nos visiteurs, nous exigeons que les vaccins de votre chien soient à jour, notamment contre la Rage, la Bordetella et les vaccins de base.
